Great spot for breakfast...right in downtown San Clemente. Family owned business with lots of hospitality. Not only do they have great food but also excellent smoothies and flavored drinks. I've had the eggs benedict with hashbrowns and the pancake breakfast with eggs and bacon. Breakfast Burritos are one of the favorites also. Service and the food has always been excellent which is why this is one of the Locals favorite spots. You can expect to pay about $8-$9 per person.. smoothies are about $4-$5 for a 20 oz drink

Wonderful location in the heart of San Juan Capistrano. Close to shopping, movies and local history. The outdoor patio makes you feel like your in your own backyard space with friends. The menu is stellar (try the fried brussel sprouts-theyâre a fave). The wine selection is top notch to the point you HAVE to join their wine club. You wonât regret it!

Rude service on a Sunday - coupled with literally the worst tasting Latte I have ever had in my life..no recommended, sadly, in San Clemente--you may have to go around the corner to the Corporate coffee store to get a decent cup of joe

Cafe Rae is a bustling, cute and fun place. We had breakfast here late morning on a Sunday, and the cafe was packed. My scrambled eggs, bacon & potatoes were delicious. My friend said that the omelette he had was the best ever. And I might add that he eats breakfast out at a lot of places.
