We had a nice evening. Great music, good food, and interesting wines and beers. Our Panini was excellent and the small plates appeared very interesting.

This great place opened 6 weeks ago. My girlfriend and a friend ate dinner and took the opportunity to try the more unique offerings from the menu. For appetizers, we shared the fried brie and tomato dish, jalapeno poppers, and meatballs (forgot the exact title). Each was excellent. My girlfriend then had the French onion soup for an entree which was delicious (and her street cred is that she is native French). My friend and I each had the fried bologna sandwich which was awesome. Had to try it because I've never seen that at another restaurant. To drink we had a flight of red wine, "Noir here, noir there," which was a sampler of three different reds. The owner, Jeff, came over to say hello, and was super friendly. I hope this place makes it, because I can't wait to come back for dinner!

Wonderful location in the heart of San Juan Capistrano. Close to shopping, movies and local history. The outdoor patio makes you feel like your in your own backyard space with friends. The menu is stellar (try the fried brussel sprouts-theyâre a fave). The wine selection is top notch to the point you HAVE to join their wine club. You wonât regret it!

We stopped at the Cellar bar/restaurant for lunch based on a tip our daughter received from a friend. The tip was good as this is a cool place for a cozy, comfortable meal. I enjoyed the Cubano sandwich and wife and daughter split a big salad. We also ordered a cheeseboard which was delicious and a flight of four craft beers in shot glasses. I'm not normally a beer drinker, but again, we were on vacation, so it's ok to go a little wild. I surprised myself by thoroughly enjoying the coffee stout and the blood orange. The other two beer samples were ok but nothing special. You never know what you're going to get because the beer selections are totally up to the bartender, so you get a different flavor every time you order the beers. A cool place with nighttime entertainment. Check it out if you happen to be in the area.

The restaurant is called the Vince because it's suppose to be just like some of the finest restaurants in Napa Valley. The food is outstanding, the wine selection is top rate. Kind of reminds me of a Napa restaurant with a beach flair. Be sure to make reservations or you will get shut out on a summer weekend.
