In contradiction to traditional Spanish food here you can have a nice tasty and fresh breakfast! Nice interior and friendly service are an added bonus. And the tostada with avocado, tomato and olive oil on (almost) brown bread was actually as big as a normal dinner plate!

Being a vegetarian in "meat-centric" Spain I am constantly looking for places to eat.A few vegetarian options were displayed on the menu outside so I had to try.The receptionist/waitress was personable and efficient. The vegan curry pineapple and coconut was delicious but the portion was very small....should have been one plate of a tasting menu.Expensive for what was provided.

Selected the place based on TA recommendation and it was right. The facilities are not glamorous but the food was excellent and the service better yet. We had fresh artichoke roasted with Serrano ham, Parmesan flakes and Romanesque sauce as an appetizer and âChuleton de vaca gallegaâ (charcoal grilled T bone steak) that was just properly cooked. The grill master came out to greet us and the waiter/ barmen were excellent. A great experience

MaGenta es un CAFÃ-BAR donde encontrarás tapas veganas-vegetarianas. Tenemos tartas caseras, café y té de comercio justo y mucho más. In Salamanca MaGenta you will find all the flavor of the homemade and traditional mixed with modern touches, it is vegeta
I am no vegetarian and Magenta is a vegetarian cafe. But boy the offerings were wonderful. Delicate flavours, freshly produced and nicely presented. And very, very reasonable prices. We had a light dinner and returned the following day for lunch. Total for both meals around â¬20 and that included beer.We found Apple maps mislead us. We were 200 metres away when it claimed we were there, but the required search was well worth it. The address is correct.Highly recommended- even for meat eaters!
