We ate dinner here on the 14th and had a wonderful evening. Everything was delicious and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. We were so surprised to see the ranking before we discovered that this seems to be a fairly recently opened eatery! Well worth a visit, delicious varied offerings, and not too pricey.Hello Pippa P,We are very happy that you enjoyed! We love good food and we want to show it on our plates.Hoping to see you again,Le Tablier

We pre-booked via The Fork and had a confirmed booking for 1930 on Wednesday 20 February 2019. We had a reminder from The Fork the day before. When we arrived early at the restaurant 1905, it supposed to open at 1830, it was closed. We went for a half hour walk & returned and it was still closed. We went to Brasserie Boullingrin instead which is excellent & welcoming. I will not even bother to try to eat at Le Clairmarais in future. Zero communication amounting to complete ignorance and lack of care for customers.

Great food. Traditional french fare. The fish was absolutely divine. One of my favorite memories of France. Busy spot, but good service.

It is in the centre of town, opposite the amphitheater just behind the cathedral. We booked as the previous night it was full and we were not disappointed. Very French food with local wine and champagne choices. The Crab risotto started was the highlight but it was all good.
