J adore le cadre de cette auberge et cette vue magnifique à flanc de montagne. Et puis tout le reste est bien aussi: Le service est souriant et efficace et le menu a 21 est d un très bon rapport qualité prix. Tout y est excellent du potage au dessert avec une mention spéciale pour les charcuteries de l exploitation et le bÅuf gros sel savoureux et fondant. Manquerait juste un bon bordeaux sur la carte des vins pour nous autres qui ne sommes pas tous amateurs de vins bios ou de pinot noir très frais.. .. Mais je pinaille. Je n ai pas pensé à en discuter avec la patronne mais je crois qu avec la route maintenant creusée derrière l auberge, ils vont pouvoir aménager une superbe terrasse sur le devant.. Si c est le cas le Gustiberg va devenir, et de loin ! , le plus bel endroit où se restaurer de l ensemble du massif vosgien ! Les places vont être chères

We have eaten here several times over the years, and always enjoyed our meals in what is a very pleasant dining room. Run by a husband and wife team, with Madame front of house, charming and enthusiastic, and I suspect the person who ensures that everything is impeccably clean. Half a dozen menus ranging upward in price with limited choices within menus. Reasonably priced wine of high quality.Popular with local customers, and reliably good. If we go somewhere more than once, as we have here, it has to be good,

This was our second visit to this lovely Ferme Auberge. I can't stop gushing about it. The location is stunning. The food is just to die for. And the service is very friendly. The owner of this particular inn is very friendly and would just love to tell us more about the different courses, but we speak no French and our German is very limited. In the past we were with a French acquaintance who translated everything. Don't let the language barrier stop you! The food is 'peasant food', but it will knock your socks off.We can't wait to go again!

The food was kind of good quality, just overall very simple. The interior is outdated as well but the people serving the tables are very kind and serve you with a smile.

Heel lekker eten en zeker voldoende voor grote eters, super vriendelijke bediening! Het was al 21.15 toen we nog met vijf hongerige mensen binnen vielen hier en we konden direkt aan tafel. We kregen een amuse hapje bij onze aperitief en niet veel later kwam het voorgerecht er al aan. Dan werd er voldoende tijd gelaten voor het hoofdgerecht kwam en voor de dessert moesten we maar een seintje geven werd er gezegd. Er werd ons een lekkere fles wijn aangeraden en die hebben we dan ook genomen, nog een koffie na en met de aperitief, de 3 gangen menu en de wijn waren we voor 5 personen 130 euro kwijt wat wel weinig was vonden we. Een echte aanrader!!!

Great restaurant! Especially considering the neighborhood. Very friendly staff! Very understanding about pregnancy and diet wishes. We both had chicken as a main course. Yummy! For dessert we had a chocolate cake and a red fruit dessert. Both really nice :)

Absolutely brilliant lunch today! Can't praise enough the food, the ambience and the hospitality. Great set lunch of soup, meat 'tourte' with salad, followed by Vosgien potatoes with onions and more salad, then fromage blanc with kirsch or Munster and Bargkas cheese and coffee. All of this accompanied by lovely bottle of Alsatian Pinot Noir. Total for 3 came to around 80 euros. Set menu was â¬18.50 per head! Will definitely return! Delicious. Plus you can buy their home-produced cheeses. What more can you want? Great views too!

We arrived with great expectations as on trip advisor this place was indicated as No. 1. Well at least there is another better than this one. The price value benefit is not good at all. For a menu of EUR 30 I got smoked salmon (entry) although it was not bad at all, fried bacon with french fries (main), and a slice of cranberry tarte (dessert). Well for this money more creative menu is expectable.Je tiens d'abord à vous remercier pour votre commentaire.En ce qui concerne le rapport qualité/prix, nous travaillons des produits frais et de qualité, cuisinés à la minute. Pour le menu à 30â¬, nous proposons un large choix : 3 entrées, 3 plats et la carte des desserts au choix. De plus, vous avez le plateau de fromages inclus. Nous sommes navrés que vous ne soyez pas pleinement satisfait mais retenez tout de même que vous avez mangé dans une auberge et non un restaurant gastronomique. Il est dommage également que vous ne nous avez pas fait part de vos remarques lors de votre venue.Amicalement.

We arrived in Gérardmer late in the evening and stumbled upon this restaurant in hope rather than expectation. We'd had a long day in the car and the kids were tired. But we were met with excellent service, wonderful food and great drinks. The food was simple but well cooked and the cheese plate was a revelation. Really reasonably priced and just what we needed after a long day travelling. Dear Sir or Madam, We thank you for this comment. Hope to see you again in a near futurRegards
