Un samedi soir entre fille réussi au Youz.La cuisine ouverte sur la salle est rassurante, les lieux sont propres, la déco chic et sobre à la fois, accueil discret et service pro.Nous avons diner sur l'agréable terrasse en bois, petite et pourtant loin d'être serré comme des sardines (merci pour l'intimité des clients) Seul petit bémol le bruit des voitures car la terrasse fait face à un rond point mais ce point est plus gênant quand vous venez en couple qu'entre amis où c'est vite oublié.Nous avons très bien mangé, peux de choix mais plats maitrisés, accompagnements de légumes succulent mais on sait pourquoi (aïe aïe aïe le beurre!) j'ai adoré le dessert Dulcey-mûres même si la gourmande que je suis aurait préféré une portion plus généreuse.Une très bonne adresse que je ne peux que conseiller.

On our first driving trip to France, 35 years ago, by the second meal my wife commented: "if the food isn't this good in heaven, we are not going." We have been to many fine French restaurants in the last third of a century-from the three star Michelin temples-to modest bars and bistros in villages and working class neighborhoods. It is possible to get a bad meal in France, but you have to work hard at it. Only the rankest tourist areas take pleasure in trashing the nation's culinary patrimony.What we have come to like best are simple places that try very hard and achieve exceptional results. This is the kind of husband and wife establishment where they have put their heart and soul into the enterprise; there is considerable talent and passion, respect for the finest local produce and they all show. The setting is stylish if lean: rattan chairs, tables covered in lovely lemongrass green linens.On a Saturday night they were booked solid-a large table of 12, a table of 5 and two deuces. Yet our hostess kept everything moving along, gracefully and graciously. We opted for a 3 course menu at 35 or so Euros each, and a bottle of Bandol Rose at a similar price. All three courses were assembled with great attention to detail, with a complex combination of flavors and delivered on attractive plates or flat stones in a very harmonious array.No doubt, if we lived in or near this town-we would be regulars. Of course, we have had fancier meals, and perhaps a number that were more of a revelation. But this evening there was no venue we would rather be in, watching the local burghers enjoying themselves and knowing we were in a very good place. We will remember the meal for a very long time and hope to return. From our experience, the chef is very skilled in preparing both poultry and fish-and especially, lovingly, vegetables.

bar restaurant de village , servant une petitte resyauration : pizza, salade , gratin de ravioles et glades. Trés belles ppizza à moins de de 10⬠, grande et bien garni, 2 tailles de salade possible (petite et grand), les grandes aussi à moins de 10⬠également bien garni ! quand aux glaces en coupe à 6.50⬠(3 boules) il n'y a rien à dire . Tout cela servi avec gentillesse et le sourire , que demander de mieux! Pour un petit repas sympa et sans chichi vraiment trés bien.

We had a wonderful evening. Personnel was very friendly and the food was excellent. Like you only get to experience in France. We even got to meet the chef himself. Repas de travail à la parenthèse ce midi. Nous avons bien mangé dans un temps correct. La cuisson de la viande était bien et je n'ai pas eu à demander ni le pain ni l'eau ce qui est assez agréable. Les toilettes sont parfaitement propre et la salle est agréable. Le personnel est souriant, mais une petite formation pour la serveuse semble nécessaire, il y a pas mal de point relativement basique en service qui semble lui échappé. Cependant elle était gentille et faisait de son mieux. Je pense revenir en famille voir l'évolution de ce petit restaurant.

Had dinner here when staying at the hotel, a very enjoyable meal. Service was charming and efficient, well above average.The dining room was interesting in itself, rustic and obviously a converted farm building. We chose from the set menu which offered local regional dishes and enjoyed every mouthful. When asking for an alternative to the potato side dish, which my wife enjoyed, I was given a risotto that in itself was quite exceptional. Fresh local ingredients used imaginatively and skilfully provided a wonderful meal at a reasonable cost. Local wines on the list were all well priced and those we chose did not disappoint.Would strongly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

On y a mangé un midi en couple.La nourriture était plutôt correct ( surtout pour le prix : 33 euro à 2 avec un apéro et un verre de vin à table),Le service rapide et efficace. La salle du fond est très bruyante, sa résonne énormément, si vous avez le choix installé vous ailleurs.Très bon choix pour manger vite fait à midi.

Globalement assez déçu depuis le temps que j'avais repéré cette petite vitrine à l'ancienne. Je prends enfin le temps de m'arrêter pour y goûter avec ma fille mais le charme n'a pas opéré. Je voulais profiter de la terrasse mais les bruits de travaux en extérieur m'en ont dissuadé. A l'intérieur, un manque de chaleur dans l'accueil toute fois courtois. Un peu de bazard sur la 1ere table, on choisi la 2eme côté vitrine mais on est prié d'aller à la 3eme table d'à côté... On a choisi 2 jus de fruits pressés "maison" que ma fille n'a pas pu boire et que je me suis forcé a finir, il n'avait pas de goût. Ma fille a prit un fondant au chocolat qui était correct et moi un tiramisu café (à défaut du panna cotta affiché mais en rupture..) qui encore une fois manquait cruellement de goût et qui n'avait "pas prit". J'ai été déçu.Et puis quand on vient manger un dessert dans ce genre d'endroit on a pas forcément envie de chantilly industriel dessus. Ãa part d'un bon sentiment mais du coup c'est pas trop cohérent avec l'esprit du "fait maison" il serait plus judicieux de demander.
