I really enjoyed the food. A friend of mine recommended this resto, she said that the Pancit Wrap is one of their specialty. I became curious and look for this place. The resto is small and cannot locate it right away. The ambiance is good, it's cold and clean. We tried the pancit wrap for only 25 pesos and Quesadillas for 70 pesos. Pancit wrap is bigger that I thought, wrap in lumpia wrap and fried, with sweet and sour vinegar. While the Quesadilla is sliced into 4 with a thousand Island dip. Presentation is nice and it taste awesome especially the Quesadillas. The soft taco is perfect and the taste is simply amazing! On our next visit, I'll try the pasta and the wraps.

Palmeras Garden Restaurant

I'm basically reviewing the place in general and not the hotel accommodation So I was there for their wedding reception. Parking is adequate. It could probably accommodate 30 cars or more. Food was between okay and good. But I'm not sure if the event was catered by a separate vendor. I assume it was provided by Palmeras since I did not see any food catering trucks at the parking lot. Ambiance was between fine and good. My friend's reception area was exceptionally excellent because of additional effort from the wedding planner (I guess). Cons:- Restrooms and key places are not visibly labeled. You have to go near the signage at arms length to see them properly. Or was it my eyesight hehe. - No parking attendant- No staff visible or was it because they intend to be hidden during this kind of occasions?

It's part of a restaurant chain that specializes in Filipino cuisine. It is inside the SM mall so it's a good place to meet up with friends and family. We had sisig (sizzling chopped pork jowl), grilled squid, and grilled blue marlin. The service was good and friendly. Good value. I will dine here again.

Have your quiet dinner with your family or loved one in this cool lakeside restaurant in Bunot lake. Their Kare-kare was tasty although they do not serve this using ox tail but with lean beef. Fried tilapia came in a good presentation but lacks flavor and spices. The stir fried noodles resembled that of an instant pancit canton that sticks together when cooled. The Chicken with ala Szhechwan sauce was fine.

My husband and I decided to do a culinary tour in the South, starting in PatisTito Cafe in San Pablo, Hacienda Escudero in Tiaong, Palaisdaan in Tayabas and Buddy's restaurant in Lucban, Quezon. PatisTito has an artsy and nature's ambiance. Quite charming, with it's artworks, Filipiniana dresses on display and landscape around the restaurant. We ordered ensaladang crispy dilis, pork balls, beef steak and binagoongang baboy. The pork balls were undercooked; the beef steak is quite oily and the binagoongang baboy is a bit dry as if it has been re-heated several times. The food is quite pricey and I must say not worth the price you are paying for. If you will just travel to San Pablo to try the restaurant for its food, then it would not be worth the trip. There are other restaurants that are near Manila and would have better-tasting menu. The dishes in the menu do not look the same as the actual food served. You can check out the pictures attached to this review and the pictures of the food in their menu as advertised in their website, for you to be able to compare and see the difference. I will not definitely come back.

Samuel's Plate/Gastropub

Reviewed By MCamrel

It's my first time at Samuel's place, though I was born in San Pablo, I've been away for almost a decade, and I must say this place worth a visit. The food is delicious, especially the ensaladang pako and kulawo (reminds me of my childhood days). The restaurant is located in a residential area but it's accessible, and they have parking area. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I recommend this place.

We found the Forest City Restaurant tucked away in San Pablo's night market. We had been looking for a place that served pansit kalabuko and there it was, large as life on a sign outside the restaurant! We ordered the delicious noodle and coconut dish and were delight to find it served in coconut bowls. The owners, a young couple, have a farm where they grow their own produce for the restaurant and encourage local, farm-to-table cuisine. This restaurant is definitely worth the trip.

The owners of this restaurant bought century-old houses from different places and rebuilt it inside a compund which they made into a restaurant and a bed and breakfast. The cuisine is a mix of Western and Traditional Filipino.

Sulyap is easily the best, most authentic restaurant in San Pablo and the ambience is enchanting. The restaurant is mostly open to the air, on two levels, and features courtyard with fountain. The structure is made of several old houses from all around the country that were disassembled, brought to San Pablo and reassembled as the restaurant/hotel. There is also a free museum filled with antique furniture, toys, housewares, etc.The food is great and reasonably priced. All the Filipino favorites are on the menu. A popular dish here is pork belly smoked with coconut husks and grilled.
