Just like any other Subway shops. Service is efficient, and you receive what you order. Perhaps we could've used some more friendliness--after all, this is Maui. I'd expect service with a smile. Since it is at a food court in a busy shopping mall, the foot traffic is heavy with busy customers--there are five more eateries besides this one. I think it was particularly busy for it being the last day of school in town.

This is a well-known chain and I was glad to see that they offered vegetarian burgers here (as well as stateside). The prices are about 30% higher than what we pay in my neighborhood, but the taste is consistently good...depending on your definition of good :)

Always good The pizza with the works and a cold beer helped pass the time during flight delays. Seating can be a bit of a challenge and you don't want to stand at the counter for 15 minutes waiting. They don't deliver to your table but once you get the food, you won't be disappointed.

The biggest foodie news in the central valley happened in early 2018 as a local entrepreneur made it his mission to revitalize the sullied Cupies name. Reports of bringing back the flavors of the âoriginal Cupiesâ bounced around social media like a pinball and got lots of folks excited. Some even claim they remember what the original recipes tasted like but I find that really hard to believe. Re-opening was a bit slow but theyâve finally found their footing. Reviews and word-of-mouth experiences have been mixed so I decided to try them out for myself. The parking lot is constantly full so that must be a sign! ATMOSPHERE:The place looks a whole lot better but more so, cleaner than what it once was. Gone is the hole-in-the-wall, dreary façade, replaced by a bright, inviting, freshly-painted face. Seating is still outdoor only under the protection of a lanai. MENU:Sandwiches, burgers, local-style plate lunches, omelettes, saimin, dry mein, chow fun, nachos, soup, sundaes, floats, soft serve ice cream. FOOD:Hamburger Steak - $10.50Despite what others have said, I liked their version. Weak gravy? I disagree. It was dark brown, perfectly savory, and filled the takeout trayâs compartment covering the patties and even made it onto the rice, just how I like it. The three homemade patties were thinner than usual, a bit chewy possibly due to no fillers (like bread) yet were nice and moist. A scoop of slightly tangy potato macaroni salad accompanied. I think I still make a better version but if Iâm lazy to cook, I know where I can get a decent variant. SERVICE:Very friendly and professional. I havenât been called âuncleâ so many times as I did while here, LOL. Food delivery was quick, within 5 minutes. OVERALL:A great re-addition to Kahuluiâs paltry restaurant scene. Good prices and portions. Open late.

My wife enjoyed the vegetables at this Panda very much. Like it is said, âHappy wife, happy life.â The amount of money we spent for lunch was extremely reasonable. Located on the second floor of the Queen Kaahumanu Center mall, it is easy to find about a mile from the port. There are plenty of tables to choose from and there was always a breeze.I did enjoy the Chicken Kung Pao here very much as there were plenty of vegetables mixed in. This was not the case at other Pandaâs in Hawaii. Also, this Panda offered two varieties of soup: egg drop and hot and sour. Many Pandaâs offer only one soup. The service is good and we actually visited twice. This Panda is located near the center of the mall. Samples of the food are freely offered. We always enjoyed quick meals at Panda Express in Colorado when we lived here and was surprised to see this one near Walmart. We wanted a quick "to go" meal that we could take back to our hotel room and this fit the bill. The food was as fresh as any I have seen at any of the mainland restaurants, in fact, the Black Pepper Chicken was excellent along with the Firecracker Chicken. The restaurant was busy but the staff kept up with the orders and clearing off the tables as customers left. I am not sure what the bad reviews were all about because I found the food good and the staff friendly.

Went here after arriving from Kauai to stock up on essentials. The Costco food was of it's normal standard and prepared us for our 40 minute drive to apartment. Worth going here for a quick cheap meal.

Dinoâs gourmet meals is the gem of the food truck zone just outside of the Maui OGG airport. Fresh burgers and one of the best Gyros I have had...combined with organic ingredients and great healthy options. Donât pass him up!
