Food is good, service is excellent! The visually impaired servers are very friendly and jokes with you to make sure youâre having a great time! Not only that, the flavours of the food makes you keep guessing what youâre eating until the staff reveals what you have actually ate! My wife and I sat through the 8 course culinary adventure with Chef Stephen.Chef Stephen from Austria is a very friendly chef, he came by our table a few times both to introduce the dishes and ingredients as well as to check on the food quality.The high tables and chairs were not comfortable but that was more than compensated by the high quality of food.From the first course, it was evident Chef Syephen doesnt like any one flavour to overwhelm our taste buds. For eg, foie gras usually leaves a big overwhelming aftertaste but his dish coupled woth citrusy flavours so we didnt felt overwhelmed. The halibut fish was slow cooked to perfection but topped with crunchy bits.The iberico pork cheek was soft amd so....ooo good. Even the strawberry sorbet ice cream (normally would make adults cringe at the sourness) was nicely encased in a white choc magnum case. So ot was very very well balanced.We are true food conneiseurs and hv been blessed to hv always eaten at some of tge best places in the world.Here for $150, we get a very enjoyable dinner that was more than his one michellin star. Chef Stephen's delicate balancing act is almost Japanese-like.Highly recommend.The other chefs and staff were also responsive and professional. This was a crazy roller coaster ride from chicken liver Jammy Dodgers to red snapper . From apple and cucumber gazpacho to roast lamb. Laksa with squid noodles. Wow! Great wine pairing. A misstep on a South African red tasted like paint ! The Japanese dessert wine not my favourite. Service good a truly memorable experience. Thank you to Chef Andrew and all the team.

Oh The place brought back a memory when we were in the South of France. The crepes were delicious, the ingredients although rich in flavour blend beautifully with the buckwheat crepes - that I felt I can keep on eating :D without feeling overloaded.We had both the mains and dessert crepes. All good and well balance. I can go one and one describing each dish but its really something you have to try for yourself. I tried the Apple Cider with blackcurrant liquor and it was Mmmmmmmm. The atmosphere was relaxing and the pricing easy on the wallet. Though the plates were nicely presented, it was definitely on the small side, even with the 4 bites we were served before our 4 course dinner. The food didnât have much taste and did not impress us.The service was efficient, though there were just a few of us in the plain restaurant, I just wished the waiter stopped putting her fingers in the plate when giving explanations.The wine was good.In the end, another restaurant pretending to be what it is not.Thank you for dining with us and also thank you for your feedback. Had the chance to visit again Ma Cuisine in Singapore with my local clients. The experience was unforgettable, Chef Mathieu offered us to try his upcoming new delights to be added to the menu very soon... and we were definitely not disappointed! Such a spontaneous and talented chef - bone marrow & caviar, followed by a new cocotte âthe braised lamb shank ».
