A very valuable stay
Reviewed By HappyGuest888Fragrance (Oasis) has given me a very pleasant stay and made me felt I have made the wise choice in choosing it to be my accommodation. Rates were very good too ! Room were clean and well equipped for daily stay. Aircon is good with strong water pressure hot showers. The reception personnel have made me felt at home every time when I return to the hotel. Very very convenient location too with a bus stop just right beside the entrance that provide buses to various locations in SG. Superb ! I will only return to Fragrance Oasis in future and recommend others to consider Fragrance Oasis !

WORST NIGHTMARE
Reviewed By SamrathukralI was put here during covid quarantine. I am a survivor who withstood the terrible state of this hotel. Hmm, from where do I begin: 1) There was no table or chair to work on. 2) I developed a severe backache because the beds have wheels and when I take the back support on the bed, the bed keeps creeping away from the wall, thus i could never sit straight and was always in a slouch position. 3) The room had a stale moist smell. 4) The TV remote itself looks like a bio-hazard. It has hair, slime, and muck on it. 5) The 2nd room i was shifted to had an old bed sheet which I found after 5 hours of lying on it as I saw hair follicles and some black lint. 6) My room was infested with cockroaches. I had to call the hotel 11 times to give me an insect killer. I have killed 9 cockroaches. Pls find the photos attached. 7) The room floor was very sticky. I had to wash the bathroom floor to get rid of the stickiness. 8) The bathroom was so small that I had to sit on the commode to take a shower. I had no option but to brave this hotel for 14 days which I did. It was the worst ordeal of my life.

Reviewed By dan77ddWe have booked this hotel for 3 nights as seen on Agoda. You will definitely be disappointed if you go inside the room. I even couldn’t put my baggage’s as there is no place to keep them in. We had to keep open the door for 15 mins to arrange baggages and fo inside the room. Glass window next bed and shower cubicle. If you going with kids don’t ever book this hotel. This hotel is good for solo travellers . All the rooms are same. You can’t even upgrade. MRT is far away from the hotel. No easy access to any attractions. Not recommend for families or couples .

Inexpensive, comfortable and just perfect
Reviewed By NkaurrishiStayed their for a week through a trip handled by Packngo. The hotel room, amenities and staff were homey and comfortable. Specially Asma and Natalie. They are just so sweet and welcoming. Always helpful and smiling. A perfect budget hotel at a very good location.even though the room was small, it had every thing required for a comfortable stay. Things we needed were places to go for lunch and dinner(Walking distances) and mustafa mall. And we were sight seeing at all other times. The location made it so easy with fixed schedule and a 6 month old baby with you.Just perfect. And breakfast was just wonderful.???? I will recommend it to everyone. Awesome.
