Reviewed By JockeybpinheiroThe hotel is very nice, it’s very good located with all the facilities near by. It’s really nice to go out in the canal and walk around the river. The food is also good and the service helpful and good. Swimming pool and gym very good as well. Overall I would say amazing staycation.

Reviewed By hornet450I stayed at the Hotel Nostalgia for six nights in February 2022. Really friendly staff. My room was upgraded so the size was fine & very comfortable. Nice & quiet with blackout curtains. I used pool via a booking slot due to Covid & it was nice & clean. Location is great near a big market, lots of cafes & restaurants. Quick bus ride to Tiong Bahru Plaza.

The staff was very rude, the service was pathetic, they dont have any potter service, they dont give any services apart from one time cleaning of rooms and if we ask for anything more apart from it they said no we dont provide and they dont even clean rooms properly. They had a partition outside which was covering some area. The partition had a broken wheel and kids were standing there and partition fell near our kid and thank god our child was not hurt. Instead of saying whether the kid is ok or not they shouted on us to control our kid and tell them not to roam around. Means is this the way you treat or give services. Highly disappointed

Great Experience with Link Hotel
Reviewed By jasminelim327I have stayed at Link Hotel for 2 weeks and overall it has been a really great experience. First of all the room is very clean and tidy, comes with tea-preparing facilities and all the necessary amenities that are expected at every hotel. The linen is fresh too. However, I think the amenities such as wifi and air conditioner certainly need to be upgraded. I had a hard time connecting to the wifi in the room and got disconnected quite frequently. Majority of the staff are very attentive to my request, but certainly some need to be more professional when communicating with the customers. I believe that this shouldn’t undermine the good part during the stay, I would like to thank(I think) Mr. Melvin or Mr. 瑞彩祥云for the prompt response to my request such as replenishment for coffee sticks all the time and I receive very efficient service after my request! He was also very polite too. Besides. I would also like to thank Ms. Nana, she offered to bring me a fan while waiting for the aircond to resume operation and offered me a room change for cause apparently,it is going to take longer than expected. I would also like to thank all the staff who is in charge of delivering food to the door every day and not forgetting to remind the guest by pressing the doorbell, the staff who escorted the guest to a various location, I think that they deserve the credit too! It was a memorable stay indeed and thank you! Stay safe.

Decent facilities, ridiculous policies (or staff ??)

First we have been trying to extend our stay, as it turned out we needed a few more nights, however, apparently those night was more than 50% more expensive / night.. Amazing way of keeping customers at a half empty hotel.. Second, when we wanted to use the pool, which required multiple trips to the front desk and was a hedious process. First we went down there around 9:40, but due to their hourly timeslot, we could not use the pool until 10 (Covid rules, fair enough..). But then the rigid staff comes in to play, we are not allowed to pick up the access card until 945, even though we could not go until 10. Which means we had to do multiple trips up and down to the front desk. And then at 11, when the pool was completely empty, we were still forced down to the front desk to "Check" if there was any available spots so we could use the pool for another hour and so on..
