This place serves average to below-average Chinese-American food, but with attitude. No "thank-you's" and the staff yells at the customers. It's not intended to be rude, I'm sure, and may just be a cultural or language barrier -- but boy is it noticeable.

We have been ordering from Happy Garden for years and they are very consistent which is important. Happy Garden has quality food, nice prices, and decent service which can give some of the Japanese steakhouse / hibachi restaurants a run for their money. The place isnât much to look at from the inside but we usually have it delivered anyway. Once and a while we will dine in and the lack of atmosphere doesnât deter receiving the food as soon as it is ready.
