It is situated on the river Dender, and is part of the Denderstreek. The municipality comprises the city of Ninove proper and since the 1976 merger of the towns of Appelterre-Eichem, Aspelare, Denderwindeke, Lieferinge, Meerbeke, Nederhasselt, Neigem, Okegem, Outer, Pollare and Voorde. On January 1, 2012, Ninove had a total population of 37,289. The total area is 72.57 km² which gives a population density of 514 inhabitants per km².

Nice restaurant with good atmosphere and typical chinese decorations :).Friendly waiters / waitresses.Already a rice table for about 19 euro per person making it a steal! Especially with what you get for it. (you should be really really hungry)Also fair prices for the drinks.All in all, a very good place to go to.

After a long car drive, returning from The Netherlands, my wife a I were up for a quick bite, before continuing our trip back home. We were in the neighbourhood of Ninove and it was ages ago, certainly more than five years, that we had visited this place. So, why not having a quick Chinese dinner in restaurant China?Nothing had changed: the big white villa with a kitchy Chinese interior, the same waiter and more importantly, the same good food.We both took a tasty loumpia with chicken as starter. As main course, I took the nasi-goreng special China, my wife the bami-goreng with chicken, both excellent, large portion dishes. All this was served within an hour. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bill: with two beers and a large bottle of water, we paid only â¬46! I'm sure you can find better Chinese restaurants than this one, but we ate perfectly well (and quickly) for an excellent price.

Het was de eerste keer dat ik hier was en de eerste indruk deed mij denken aan een hotel met all-in. Druk en mensen die elkaar bijna overlopen om toch maar eerst aan het buffet te zijn.Doordat we wat later binnengekomen zijn dan de meeste anderen begon het wat rustiger te worden.Het eten op zich was lekker en met een zeer uitgebreide keuze van warme en koude gerechten.Nadien kon je aan de wok of grill nog verschillende gerechten bestellen.Zeker geen haute cuisine maar prijs/kwaliteit meer dan ok.Al bij al viel het goed mee maar het was in het begin wel overdonderend (de zaak zat dan ook volledig vol).Vriendelijk personeel die handen te kort hadden.Ik zal hier nog terugkeren maar niet meer op zondag.
