The municipality comprises the city of Ninove proper and since the 1976 merger of the towns of Appelterre-Eichem, Aspelare, Denderwindeke, Lieferinge, Meerbeke, Nederhasselt, Neigem, Okegem, Outer, Pollare and Voorde. On January 1, 2012, Ninove had a total population of 37,289. The total area is 72.57 km² which gives a population density of 514 inhabitants per km².

Dit restaurant ligt nabij de kerk in Aspelare (deelgemeente van Ninove). De ontvangst: was zakelijk maar correct.Door het goede weer konden we buiten op het terras zitten. Er waren nog 8 andere gasten van het restaurant.De reviews hieronder vermeldden de lange wachttijden. Deze ervaring hadden wij niet. Alles verliep ordentelijk.Wij hebben ook geen hond gezien.Wij hebben voor het marktmenu gekozen aan 60 euro. Niet echt goedkoop maar je krijgt hiervoor toch 3 hapjes, 1 voorgerecht en de hoofdschotel werd in 2 keer gebracht en als laatste een dessert.Alles werd mooi gepresenteerd en de smaken zaten wel echt goed.Enige bemerking: niet alle menukaarten waren aangepast. Ook hun website vermeldt niet de laatste menu.Samengevat: zeker een aanbevelenswaardig adresje !

The classic country setting of this restaurants fits perfectly with the kitchen they bring.Using top ingredients (and some vegetables grown in own garden) they serve a creative classic french kitchen. Every dish is a great combinations of natural flavours. As they always use seasonal ingredients, the menu changes every month. Service is smooth. Visited the restaurant several times, and I was never disappointed and always enjoyed a great meal...A classic.

I visited this place on several occasions. And always had a good experience. Friendly staff, even on busy moments. A little special atmosphere in German/Austrian style, as is the interior and the music. A Tiroler kitchen. Good and honest food and possibility to drink a real "hefe Weissen". And they have very nice desserts. :-)

Where do you take your family on a Friday evening in Ninove? You don't want to cook yourself and you don't want to make it too expensive either.. On top of all that.. your daughter's Italian boy friend is staying for the night...Well, pizza pizza is not a bad option at all!Located in a nice house close to the train station, the host welcomes you with all his French charm and you feel good right away.Service is quick and efficient, there's a good choice of beer and wine, but most importantly... the pizzas are really great. Maybe the secret is the cook from Calabria, but who cares.. Crispy crust, great toppings, all you need for a great pizza.. And the boyfriend didn't complain..The place is not too big so reservation is recommended. If you're in the neighbourhood, don't hesitate and you might even be tempted to try the pizza cht'i..

Nice restaurant located in the city center. Make reservations timely. Because of the typical "ninove" mood, and the warm welcome given by the owners, this restaurant is always full of local people. Add to this the freshly prepared food and all conditions are met to have a nice moment. To the Malt owners : very well done !

Nice location, very friendly and helpful staff, very good food adapter to THE wine you want. You can taste THE wine and they help you to chose THE perfect dishes who get along with the wine. Afterwards you can buy THE wine you want to take home. Also a art restaurant. You can enjoy beautiful paintings and other artworks. Tables are not near toeachother so you can dien in a Nice And quiet atmosphere. THE food is real quality. Prices are not That cheep but still very good fot excellent food. You should take reservations in avance as this restaurant is most of THE time fully booked. Give it a try you Will not regret

We were welcomed by the friendly host. The restaurant is trendy and offers a large terrace. Dishes all come nicely presented, we found the starters good but not extraordinary (to many ingredients where some of them didn't add anything to the dish). Both mains on the other hand were perfect! When you go for the six course set menu, be aware that portions are rather big. Cheese selection would be nicer when presented on a charriot (like they do with the dessert selection that comes with the coffee). Interesting wine list.

Have been several times... Never a disappointment. Took my parents there for my mother's birthday in May and (as usual) the selection was astonishing. None of this "Excellent... For the price"... This really does rate as one of the best meals I've had. The selection is small but it's all fresh and seasonal... The set menus are fab and there's always flexibility (I'm allergic to seafood so there has to be...).It's family run, the atmosphere is great; relaxed and sumptuous... If you want to spoil someone, this us the place!

Friendly and efficient service. food well prepared;, and portions are rather big. We had aspargus as a starter and they were very well prepared.prices are reasonable and a lot of choice on the menu card. It can be rather hot in summer time I guess, and it is a pity that the terrace is situated at the street side which is very busy with lot of traffic.Price of wine also reasonable. All in all a good choice for a good meal at a good price in not the most fancy restaurant ; but we will be back becausr of quality of food and friendly and good service..

Nice little cosy decorated restaurant. Friendly staff. Some of the dishes were a little bit too salty for my taste (carpaccio and codfish) but enjoyed them anyway. Overall I was positively surprised by this new discovery.
