Ninove (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈninoːvə]) is a city and municipality located in the Flemish province of East Flanders in Belgium. It is situated on the river Dender, and is part of the Denderstreek. The municipality comprises the city of Ninove proper and since the 1976 merger of the towns of Appelterre-Eichem, Aspelare, Denderwindeke, Lieferinge, Meerbeke, Nederhasselt, Neigem, Okegem, Outer, Pollare and Voorde. On January 1, 2012, Ninove had a total population of 37,289. The total area is 72.57 km² which gives a population density of 514 inhabitants per km².

Where do you take your family on a Friday evening in Ninove? You don't want to cook yourself and you don't want to make it too expensive either.. On top of all that.. your daughter's Italian boy friend is staying for the night...Well, pizza pizza is not a bad option at all!Located in a nice house close to the train station, the host welcomes you with all his French charm and you feel good right away.Service is quick and efficient, there's a good choice of beer and wine, but most importantly... the pizzas are really great. Maybe the secret is the cook from Calabria, but who cares.. Crispy crust, great toppings, all you need for a great pizza.. And the boyfriend didn't complain..The place is not too big so reservation is recommended. If you're in the neighbourhood, don't hesitate and you might even be tempted to try the pizza cht'i..

Been there twice over the past few years. Restaurant interior is allright and quite pleasant. Menu offers enough choices with a number of Sicilian specialties without offering too many dishes. I would rate the taste/quality as OK, but nothing to be over enthusiastic about as I found the dishes I tried rather bland. Staff is friendly and helpful and I did enjoy the recommended Red Sicilian wine, which was excellent.One thing that I absolutely do not understand, is that anno 2015, this restaurant does not accept credit nor debit cards. Of course, they don't tell you this when you enter the restaurant or when you order, so you better have cash or you'll find yourself running to an ATM to withdraw money before you leave. I find this quite unacceptable and that's why I will probably not be returning to this restaurant, as I typically do not carry a lot of cash with me.Expect to pay around 25-30 EUR per person for an entree and a glass of house wine.

Fast service, great value for money and honestly the tastiest pizza ever! Great variety of pizzas, pastas and appetisers for meat eaters and vegetarian, they even offer a childrens menu! Staff are always very friendly and helpful and they only use the freshest of ingredients!!
