Great little restaurant that has been an institution in Brighton for years. Never has the standard dropped with food or service. Has a function room upstairs that is perfect for small medium parties etc. Their lunch special is excellent value and delicious. Canât go wrong here.

Arrived at restaurant 15 mins after ordering as told. Staff looked at me surprised. Asked me to wait scrounged through dockets and sent mine to the kitchen. 20 mins later my takeaway arrived. Entrees, prawn toast and spring rolls acceptable - nothing special. Steamed dim sims were the heaviest I've ever eaten and not enjoyable. Prawn noodle dish heavy and stodgy. Satay chicken veg over cooked but chicken and flavours very nice. Special fried rice is the least special I've seen. Rice, egg, fried pork pieces and a few prawns scattered over the top. Overall a very uninspiring, ordinary Chinese meal.

Great place to go for a quick yummy meal. Reasonably priced. Over 15 entrees including Peking duck, sesame toast, satay skewers (my kids LOVE their entrees) every main Chinese dish you can imagine ! Friendly attentive staff. Delightful owner. Casual and chilled environment - family friendly
