I live nearby and visit the park regularly. It is pleasant to walk around the lake, there are lots of seats, barbecue facilities, an undercover area, toilets, 2 Playgrounds and wonderful trees. Families often use the undercover area for children's parties. Parking is also no problem.
But Bayside Council should take greater care of the lake, remove the pampas grass and not let the reeds encroach on large areas of the lake.

The playground is great fun for Under 10's. It is large and well designed. There are free barbecues ( which were being very thoroughly cleaned when we were there) and toilets nearby. There is a lovely open space for those who want to kick a footy or throw a ball. A lovely asset for the community.

All I wanted was a relaxing facial compliments of a friend. But not long into it I started getting the hard sell!! Guys...please don't try and sell your products before during and after treatments it takes away from the experience it's not a car yard. Wont be going back wont recommend.

We booked a birthday party for our 7 year old daughter well in advance of a party with this company for a paddle board party. My wife said that the girl she was dealing with was great. The day before we had the party we got a call to say the weather may not be suitable. However if conditions were good they would be there. So we turned up for the party one hour earlier and there was no one there. I called up on the day as the conditions appeared to be good no white caps and no waves . The girl who I was talking to said I don’t believe you that it’s good conditions. I said we’ll come down and have a look and bring your boards as my daughter and her friends were so looking forward to it . Nobody showed. My daughter was in tears when she first learned that it would not go ahead . Would you be happy if this happened to your child on her birthday?
