2 adults and 2 small children came for lunch and left impressed. The adults had salads; my wife had a Chicken Thai salad and I had a daily special with ahi tuna and avocados. My wife really enjoyed her salad as the chicken was cooked well and it was flavorful. I ordered a medium rare sear on the tuna and it came out well with just the right amount of tuna and an abundance of avocado slices. The children had a peanut butter and jelly with chips and a grilled cheese with fries. I was not excited about paying $5.50 for a PB&J with chips, but the sandwich had three layers of bread and the chips were house made and very good. The grilled cheese was on sour dough bread, with several different flavors of cheese, and only half could be eaten. The fries were done well too.One small gripe is that 9 ounce cups of milk were $2.75; the same price as free refill beverages.Service was good and other staff would chip in to help when needed. We will definitely come back here again.

A great place for a lazy late weekend breakfast. Happily it was a short wait on this occasion but there are times you might wait 20-30 minutes for a table. After all these years they still produce consistently good food. Always love their home fries and biscuits with fresh raspberry jam. Great service too!

From the moment we entered this restaurant we were treated like a King & Queen. I was in the mood for some hotcakes but settled on Swedish Pancakes that are really crepes. They were light, done just right, with the correct condiments, and just absolutely perfect. So much better than having some heavy pancakes. I ordered the two eggs, with bacon, and the crepes. It was the perfect breakfast! The service was exceptional and I felt like I was eating in a friend's kitchen. That's a difficult thing to accomplish and it's something I really appreciated.BTW - if you feel comfortable with giving me a helpful vote I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Went on a Sunday, late morning. There was about a 30 minute wait to be seated, and few people turned away. Breakfast is served all day and lunch after 11:00. We had the diced ham and eggs, egg, has brown scramble, buckwheat pancakes that were light and fluffy, and good coffee. Smaller place than Sammamish Cafe, with friendly staff. Portions were big. Will be back again.
I was there on a Saturday morning and went inside for a drink. There was a long line at the drive through but only one or two people inside waiting for their drinks and orders. The service took exceptionally long for a Starbucks. I was afraid they had forgotten my order so I asked but it because of the length of time it took to fill it. And I ordered nothing special. The person completing the orders was not as friendly as I have experienced from individuals at other Starbucks.
I love shopping at the Met. It's not cheap shopping there, but you pay for the pleasant experience. Here is my list of favorites at the Met:1. Avocado toast - generous smear of avocado topped with thinly sliced radishes and a light sprinkle of sea salt,. 2. The Cookie (so decadent!)3. Wine section - great selection of WA wines. 4. Meat section - big ribeyes for grilling! 5. Produce section - beautifully displayed!6. Fried chicken - crispy, not greasy.7. Pizza - better than Zeek's.

My hubbsters and I split the breakfast quesadilla and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the fine wait staff. Can get crowded. Great menu, and we'll be back for dinner!
