My daughter, her friend and I dropped in to see the local Art Gallery last week... and after looking through it we decided to go for a cuppa. We all had hot chocolates here and they were ever so yummy. They came with marshmallows and I may have overdosed a bit on them after finding out my daughter doesn't eat them ...so I ended up with four for my cup. :) They were quite generous allowing two for each cup. The views as you sit in this cafe are of the Port of Sale ... so they are really quite lovely. It's a really wonderful place to unwind. Value was quite reasonable and service was really good. Parking for this cafe can be interesting... for while there are a few street parks out the front, there are heaps of them behind the building. This is a cafe that can be a whole experience for you... you can go to the Art Gallery, look around the gift store nearby, visit the library... then sit and enjoy a meal or coffee with a really wonderful view.

Cappuccinos where weak and milky. My partner ordered the veggie burger which he said lacked any flavor and he couldn't taste any eggplant which was listed as one of the toppings. The cheese wasn't melted very well.I watched as a waitress took a cake out of the display case and didn't use any rings or wear gloves so I question the hygiene factor here.I think the 5 star reviews are from staff and their friends.I couldn't even finish my coffee.Hi Guys, sorry you were upset about your meal and coffee. Please advise staff if things are not to your satisfaction and we will happily fix any problems. As with the cake being picked up with hands, that is unacceptable in my book. The new staff member will be spoken to as that is not our normal practice. We take a lot of pride in our cleanliness and hygiene. We apologise sincerely about your experience.

I took my father out for lunch today and I was delighted that an all day breakfast is available somewhere locally. My father initially found the idea odd, but after ordering the omelette… he was really impressed. He admits he has never been in the café, even though he is local to Sale, and he would most definitely return. I ordered the pancakes and while I was disappointed that banana was not on offer, I did enjoy the blueberry ones that I was served. Lunch was pleasant, it's average value with very good service. Tasty food. Simple menu. Centrally located in a mall area - no traffic! I can see why it's so busy.

Busy cafe with attentive staff and reasonably priced. The coffee was not too bad but we all were a bit flat on the meal. Not bad enough to not go back but just fell a bit short on this occasion

You know, one of the best things I like, is when people don't renovate a place to death. This great coffee shop/cafe is totally cool. I love all the funky space. The people are real as is their coffee and food. We were there for breakfast and totally enjoyed it from the service to coffee to food, and the atmosphere. I wish I had taken photos. Next time.
