Great place for breakfast but there are lines but worth the wait. However it is difficult to hold a conversation because of the noise level. I had a basic breakfast of eggs, bacon and hash browns. I should have had one of their specialty breakfasts. Like the huge blueberry pancake with eggs and hash browns or the Eggs Benedict. The pictures speak for themselves. The side of hash browns is very large. The omlets are also good.

We ate at the Cornerstone First Watch for a Sunday brunch. We have visited other First Watch restaurants locally, and the experiences at the other sites was not nearly as pleasant as this one. We were seated in the back of the restaurant near the restrooms. I would recommend seating closer to the front room.I ordered the Trifecta, together with an iced coffee. My meal included multigrain chocolate chip pancake, pork sausage, and two eggs cooked to any style. I also selected the fresh squeezed orange juice. Everything tasted wonderful from the natural ketchup to the hot maple syrup. The iced coffee was flavored--one drawback--it was made with whole milk. The restaurant is a bit noisy due to the acoustics. There are newspapers available for reading.

We got here at 0830. It took 10 minutes for someone to get a menu to us. We ordered quiche, which only needs to be heated. 20 minutes later, still no food. Other people who came in later already have their food. Then, nothing comes out together and the quiche is barely warm. We ordered muffins and got them well after the quiche came out. Couldn't get refills on coffee. They should fire this waitress.

We have visited numerous times and there is never a wait. Good plan for when you want quick meal with out a lot of hassle. Typical Panera fare and they do a good job. Nothing super special but if you want quick and reliable meal, this fits the bill!
