Bagger Dave's

First trip to Bagger Dave's although we have been wanting to eat here for some time. I can say that the burgers we got were fantastic. Burgers with fries were $10 - $12 and the burgers are steak burgers. The one I got had bacon and cheese that they fried until it was crispy. Wow. That crispy cheese made it different than any other burger I've had. The beer was a bit pricey but it's good quality, cold fresh craft beer. They have a good happy hour until 6:00 and on Thursdays until 9pm. Service was excellent.

We really enjoy Flemings and visit frequently. However on this visit the steak on the Filet Benedict seemed to be a little tough and chewy and not up to what we have had in the past. The dish was not flooded with Hollandaise Sauce either, more of a light drizzle. Madison R. was not familiar with the luncheon drinks prices and I had to ask her to redo our check. I still think I was overcharged for our Bloody Marys.

Our family group of six went to Cracker Barrel for dinner. We were all thrilled that the lunch special (smaller portion) of meatloaf was offered for dinner. Every single one of us had that meal, with different sides. I would highly recommend this tasty meal. The whole thing was very inexpensive but yet delicious! It’s fun to shop there but we find the prices expensive. I wish we could have Cracker Barrel in California. We have to be satisfied to eat there when we visit out-of-state family,

The Kong’s chairs at one of the tables were so cool! Lions heads carved into the hand grips.Service was fast. Food had many English type choices (pot roast, fish and chips etc). Was very good!Would come back here!If the Greene is busy, this is the place to go to have a shorter wait and good food!

Visited Doubleday’s this past Friday Nite with another couple. Somewhat surprised that there was no wait for a booth. Our waiter, Matt was completely “on it”. Great service. Each of us ordered something different. I ordered French onion soup and the Meatloaf sandwich. The French onion soup was just ok, the broth was a bit wimpy. The meatloaf sandwich was extremely good. You need to be hungry. I like sweet flavors, so the ketchup glaze they use on the meatloaf was very good. We always have great meals here every time we eat here.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Our waiter was just ok but not too interested in the job, according to his low level of enthusiasm. I ordered the blackened white fish but was brought lemon white fish instead. I sent it back. When the correct fish was brought out, it was very, very salty. I would have sworn they threw a bunch of salt on it as they sent it out. If it hadn't been a replacement for the wrong dish, I'd have sent it back too. My friend got a burger that wasn't cooked enough for her liking, but she ate it. The glass of cabernet I got was reasonably priced and acceptable. We'll go somewhere else next time. We only waited about 10 minutes at 5:40 on a Wednesday night. People were waiting outside when we left.

Breakfast

Reviewed By James S

Great place for breakfast but there are lines but worth the wait. However it is difficult to hold a conversation because of the noise level. I had a basic breakfast of eggs, bacon and hash browns. I should have had one of their specialty breakfasts. Like the huge blueberry pancake with eggs and hash browns or the Eggs Benedict. The pictures speak for themselves. The side of hash browns is very large. The omlets are also good.
