Great BBQ and Brunswick stew! They also have good burgers and daily veggie specials too. Great lunch or dinner spot, and itâs nice and warm on a cold winter day.

Just serving food is not the only consideration a foodservice mgr. must resolve before opening. A menu should be easy to use in selecting food items, self serve areas must be convenient for the customers, finding seating and then having to clean your own table when trashcan is inconvenient to use. Problems, problems or opportunities, opportunities to resolve before opening. To order and then pay in a too small dinning room causes a crowded area, with customers line up to order, those trying to complete their needs to enjoy their meal had to struggle to get to a fork or beverage.Food! My beef brisket was very tasty, but the meat needs to be cut in thinner slice. Bun, dont understand why some restaurants want to use, bun still mine was stale. Potato salad, should have been called, " mayonnaise salad, and I love mayonnaise. Now that I took one of your menu to understand, if I come back, I won't fill like a total idol, only a half one.

Really cool old building for location close to amphitheater. Fabulous succulent smoked chicken sandwich. Although I liked the downhome sides, my husband was disappointed that they do not serve fries. Counter service saves you on tip $. They do have live music. Great addition to downtown Carrollton.

Great food! Good prices! Excellent customer service! I will definitely be bringing the family next time. I like how they remodeled the dining area. The menu has several items that I want to try in the future. The sandwich I had was overflowing with meat! I would highly recommend this location!
