This used our favorite restaurant until our last visit. We typically hit this spot three times a month or so. it was always very pleasant and delightful to have dinner there. This time, we sat at the bar and had a couple of imitation local brews before ordering. They weren't that good. Well the food was cold(we ordered the three sampler), and was not that good. I felt terrible that night after eating there, and ended up with a bad acid stomach. We are no longer in such a hurry to go back there. The atmosphere is just not as nice as it used to be. The pleasant environment that it once was has been replaced with loathsome looks and negative body language.We want everyone to have a pleasant and delightful dinner any time they come visit us. We're very sorry your experience on your last visit was not. I would like the opportunity to talk with you in order to see what we can do to make it up to you. I would also like to get to the bottom of the loathsome looks and negative body language. I would never want any of our staff to treat a customer in this manner and would like to address this specific issue. My first time dining here. Service was good but with only one server she was stretched a little thin. We arrived at 11:40. The sign on the window stated the "pizza, pasta, salad" buffet was available 11:00 until 2:00. It was moderately priced so it was what we decided to try. Our server told us the salad and pasta was already on the buffet to go ahead and help ourselves that the pizza would be available in "2 or 3 minutes". Pizza wasn't on the buffet until about 12:00. Really was looking forward to cheese pizza which unfortunately wasn't on the buffet but was made when I inquired about it. The salads were already prepared. If you didn't like any of the ingredients such as olives or onions you had to just pick them out. Disappointed that the salad, pasta and pizza weren't all available at the time stated. On a better note...when the pizza did arrive it was delicious.

My nephew graduated from college and this restaurant was one of a very few that would take reservations for a large table. We had about 16 people. They were spot on in getting orders taken, making sure our drinks were filled, correctly serving the meals. They seemed to be more than happy to have us all there and management checked on us numerous times. Usually I dread going to eat with a big crowd but this Olive Garden did it correctly. Food was good and the waitstaff were second to none. Great Job Olive Garden and thanks for making our day even more special.

I love the Johnny's in Carrollton. I have been to another one in the area not nearly as good. The Carrollton Johnny's gives good service, ample portions, and a friendly smile!! Also, try the garlic knots, they are yummy. My reason for only 4 stars is one incidence of some less than perfect service (through wait staff). However, it wasn't enough problem to prevent me from coming back. And folks, if you want very good pizza - come here for a few bucks more than the mega-chains and enjoy some GREAT food.Hi Jimmy and thanks for the 4-Star positive feedback and your patronage. Hands down the best calzones in Carrollton and probably Carroll County. The calzones are huge, stuffed to the brim with toppings and ricotta cheese, and very wallet friendly. They also have some of the best wings (size and flavors) and wing prices in the area. And they are open super late for that college student pulling an all-nighter on that last minute paper or project. We've always gotten our food to go, but it is always ready on time for pick-up and hot once we get it home.
