We enjoyed a pleasant birthday dinner here, itâs a great ambiance. The service was lovely, attentive and considered. The food is rich, but quite salty. We had the pork belly skewer, scallop, fried chicken and lamb cutlets. The churros dessert were perfectly cooked with great cinnamon sugar.

We had the pleasure of dining @project_49 RESTAURANT , a sophisticated yet warm edgy space. Our attentive host Rocco guided us through their innovative menu offering us an impeccable choice of matching wines for each dish to perfection! Young talented Head Chef Tim Newitt creates his amazing dishes with passion & style. Do not miss the chicken & truffle Agnolotti or the slow cooked shoulder of lamb. As for me the Hapuka nailed it! Onto desert OMG try the caramelised apple praline semifreddo & sesame crunch, it spoke 14 languages! Thank you Rocco for a memorableThe facility provides a culinary delights like deli, restaurant, Cafè wine bar, all which mesmerize the senses

This is almost literally a hole-in-the-wall....a long, narrow room, with racked bottles on one wall, a table and a few chairs, and a bar with stools which could accommodate 4 people comfortably. Don't be deceived by the premises...this is a seriously good wine bar, staffed by folk who are both passionate and knowledgeable about wine, beer and spirits. We dropped in for a glass of wine mid-afternoon and could have stayed until close.
