Be very cautious if fructose intolerant.... or any other food issues....They do try to comidate every patrons needs but occasionally when busy they have blundersPortion sizing is fairly small for priceMembers draw seems rigged

I went there with Young Steven for Lunch this afternoon and I ordered the 300g Glaziers Porterhouse Steak with Chips but the same thing to drink and Young Steven had the Mexicana Pizza and the Carlton Draught to drink The staff were kind to us and the service was amazing.

This is fairly typical faux Irish pub. Conveniently located next to the cinema it has areas for eating inside and outdoors. We perched around a barrel/table indoors. A couple of screens showed daytime chat while Irish tunes played. Seniors lunches, pumpkin and spinach risotto and an Irish Fry-up, were more than enough. The later was loaded with good mash and sweet onion gravy. Pints of Guinness and house red were also keenly priced. Staff are not the Irish backpackers you find in similar establishments but friendly enough. Waiting while the manager played with her phone in the corner with her back to the bar is not a great look even if the messages were work-related. We would happily return.
