Reviewed By 929agathapNeeds a lot of up dates. Run down furniture in room—looks like stuff you see on the side of the road when people want to trash it. Bathroom in horrible shape! We almost checked out but we are only staying one night as we are just passing through. We will skip the free breakfast because I am not so sure I want to eat anything that is made/prepared here. I get a creepy and scary vibe here. I can’t sleep because I don’t feel comfortable and smell pot and cigarettes being smoked somewhere on this floor? We should of gone with our gut and checked out. Now I have to deal with no sleep.

Better than I expected
Reviewed By Chrissy CBased on some other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. Clearly having been newly renovated, the hotel was clean and updated. Staff was attentive. Noise from the hallways was my only complaint. Also, the pool was closed due to waiting on inspection, so I wasn't able to use that.

Reviewed By U9843FUnancynRoom was clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The toilet in the room did not flush properly so they gladly moved us to another room. They also provided good eating option in the area.

Reviewed By Frank WImmediately upon getting into bed a felt itchy, thought it might be the detergent used on the sheets, as I was extremely tired I fell fastly asleep only to wake up a few hours later VERY itchy. Within a few days bites and swelling occurred, the itch was unbearable, saw the doctor who diagnosed bed bug bites, LOTS OF THEM!!! , over 100!! So now a week later I'm taking 3 medications and I'm still in distress itching, burning and cant sleep . I'D sleep under a carboard box in the rain and/or snow before EVER going back to this place!! Called corporate, they'll "fill out a report" REALLY? Gee thanks. What about a reimbursement at least for the room? Drs fee? meds? UGH Bottom line? For a few extra dollars GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I gave them my card number they had my address and then charged my card 75.00 to fly pay twice and cash app 125.00 to someone and then google and square app but it said 0.00, thank goodness my bank recognizes fraud charges and notified me...

Reviewed By Excursion39438760967No hot water for 4 days finally got it night before we left. Toilet wasnt secured to floor properly, tissue holder was falling out of the wall, hole in ceiling, bathroom was dirty, fridge barely was cold, bedding was not clean, couldnt get towels or clean bedding due to housekeeper taking keys home so we used our own, poor customer service all the way. I won't be staying at this location ever again. I feel i was overcharged for the room with the conditions we stayed in.
