Another hotel had botched my reservation and when I checked with Best Western whether they had any rooms the answer was negative. But the clerk took the initiative to help me find an accommodation elsewhere. While searching alternatives, she identified a room at her Best Western that was vacant but not cleaned. The clerk took the initiative to have a housekeeper come back to work and the room was ready within 30 minutes. The effort was greatly appreciated and the stay was very comfortable.

Reviewed By 736CarlFFine, clean and basic hotel but excellent, friendly staff. Lite breakfast was, indeed,lite but quite adequate for us. Great coffee, secure parking and service dog welcome. Quiet location with almost no traffic noise. Hotel was full due to probably firefighters staying there but not crowded anywhere.

Excellent location with the beautiful Lady Vegas Square out front. The owners and staff have made sure to take care of us firefighters while we're down here. Very appreciative thank you.

Fabulous Stay
Reviewed By Mark GWe come through Las Vegas, New Mexico, twice a year on our way down to and back from South Padre Island, Texas. It's a very convenient stop for our first day on the road and the last day before arriving back home. It's located just off I-25 on the south end of Las Vegas. The best reason we stay at the Holiday Inn Express, however, is the staff - they are the most friendly group of people that we have found at many the hotels we have stayed at as we travel. Sangita is the General Manager and she is a role model example of "Leadership On Duty". She is always working to keep the hotel "clean and tidy"!!! Her friendliness with the other staff members and the traveling clients gives one the feeling that you want to come back - and so we have!!! She has also led the process through a remodeling project that has really turned the hotel into a very clean and comfortable place to spend the night. We have also met Gabriel who works the front desk. He is also very friendly and courteous and has a wealth of knowledge of the local area. The last time we stayed at the hotel we met Alma who is the hostess at the morning hospitality breakfast. Again, very friendly and courteous and constantly ensures that your breakfast needs are satisfied. Give this hotel a try as you travel through Las Vegas, New Mexico. The friendly staff and remodeled accommodations make the Holiday Inn Express a very enjoyable experience.

All amenities were as advertised to include a fast internet, clean/comfortable room & a hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy & more. In the evening they offered free chips with salsa & nacho cheese. The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever seen. Particularly Max. I highly recommend d this hotel.

Reviewed By wyndham424All the booking websites, including their own, claim that you get a continental breakfast. But the moment after you check in and give them your money, you are told that they are "still not doing breakfast." Fraud! Also floor and mat outside door were filthy.

I have traveled all over the country and this is by far the best value I have ever found. Super-clean room, crisp sheets, thirsty towels and wonderful staff. I wish they ran a National chain.
