Nice for the area but loud
Reviewed By Laura MThis is a very nice hotel in Santa Ana. It is modern and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. It is on a main road and our room was on the front. It was loud for most of the day/night. The walls are very thin. We could hear the tv in the room next door.

Excellent hotel and staff
Reviewed By Christopher VStayed here for two nights while visiting Santa Ana and the nearby tourist sites. There is a nice pool, a great restaurant and the entire hotel is themed on Italy but Salvadorian at the end of the day. Breakfast was great. The staff were cordial at all times. Noise level is minimal when the music from the restaurant isn't playing - though even when it is, it's still pretty quiet.

Reviewed By JGinWIWe had a wonderful time staying with Luis and his family. Luis is a warm and welcoming person who made our time in Santa Ana special. He arranged trips to the Santa Ana volcano, Lago de Coatepeque, and Rutas de las Flores for us, offered guidance on restaurants, and made delicious breakfasts. It felt like we were visiting family. The casa is centrally located, has comfortable common spaces, and clean rooms.

Es war uns eine Freude mit ihnen Zeit verbringen zu können und es gab immer etwas zu lachen. Die ganze Familie hat uns bei jeglichen Fragen unterstützt und gab uns viele Tips. Flor ist eine unglaubliche Köchin und wir freuten uns jeden Tag auf ein selbstgemachtes Mahl. Sie geben einem das Gefühl, ein 2. Zuhause zu haben. Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Garten, saubere Zimmer mit einem gemütlichen Bett und einer tollen Dusche mit Warmwasser. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich und familiär gestaltet. Es war eine der besten Erfahrungen die wir je hatten und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. ????? Wir danken ihnen allen von ganzem Herzen für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

The Best Host ever
Reviewed By shantaram85We stayed here over 3 nights and Gilberto made it really hard for us to leave. He did everything to make us feel at Home and we feel like leaving our Brother. His Home is close to a big local Market where he although owns a Shop and a small Restaurant-so if you need anything you just have to walk around the corner and he will be there-welcoming you with a big smile. The place is near to several Busstations where you can catch the localbuses to Routa de las Flores, Cerro Verde and San Salvador. If you are looking for a secure place in El Salvador and want to call it home away from home-this is your place!!!

Super bonito, bem decorado, ar condicionado bom, porém a internet oscilava bastante e o box do banheiro ficou entupido. Mas com o tempo acredito que será sanado. Outro ponto a ser considerado é que os hotéis não têm água quente em Santa Ana. Fora isso, é Bem localizado e gostamos muito do hotel e da recepção.

Excellent B&B
Reviewed By AshleyC826This B&B is owned by a woman who is an English language teacher so guests will have absolutely no problem communicating in English. The host is very welcoming and goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable. She even personally picks up and drops guests off at the bus stop in town. The Casa is a good 15min walk from the square. However, it is in a very quiet and secure area. There are a few restaurants and Pupuserias within walking distance of the Casa. The bus stop for Lago Caotapeque is 150m away. The host provides good info on local tours and transport. The room I had was on the upper level which has been renovated and modern. The bed was comfy and has a balcony outside the room overlooking the road. The room had an attached bathroom shared between two rooms. It was a little small but clean with good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast in the hosts dining room was wholesome with eggs, fruit, bread, butter, jam and coffee. Guests are free to use the fridge and filtered water is complimentary. Wifi was strong in all areas. For the price, this B&B was a steal! I must thank my host for such a comfortable stay.....muchas gracias!
