Amazing Hostel Experience
Reviewed By 318mollyfI’ve stayed in hostels around the world and can’t remember ever leaving a review, but Casa Verde was such a good experience- so clean, so comfortable, such a good energy- that I just had to. Thank you Carlos for being so warm and accommodating! I stayed in the mixed dorm and was so impressed with everything.

A disappointment
Reviewed By lolayouccanThe hostel is very bad. - Dirty - Not enough bathroom / toilets - Noisy - Smelly - Under construction - Really bad service : 1h of wait to get breakfast, which never arrived, so we had to cancel it. The only good thing about this hostel is maybe the bar, which looks nice. But that's it. Too bad.

Reviewed By Ele LIt was a very excellent place to stay, I stay for 5 weeks and the host and everyone who works at the Hostal Las Puertas are friendly, helpful. The installations are well take care, clean, and very nice location, where supermarkets, banks, ATM, restaurants and historical places are just a few steps.

Reviewed By Kaitlyne HWe had a large group stay that basically took over the hotel. The staff was more than accommodating and absolutely made this place. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff here. The rooms are simple and clean which was all we needed. Cannot wait to find an excuse to go back to El Salvador just to stay here again!

The best hostel
Reviewed By NestashnaI definitly recommend staying in this hostel, especially cause the People working in it are amazing. We took a daily tour to Volcan, lake and ruinas od San Andres with them and had the best time. If you are in Santa Ana that is must see. They were helpful with everything, spend their time searching for best option how we can continue our trip to Nicaragua and even drive us to bus terminal in San Salvador. That's something I'm not used to in hostels.. Hostel is really clean, you can use kitchen and you have common area for relaxing and hanging around. For me, the best!!!!!

Great staff with sufficient room
Reviewed By kraorI stayed two nights at the Plaza Antigua Posada Hostal in Santa Ana El Salvador. The staff of ''Pepe & Alex'' were great guys that spoke English, arranged tours, even showed me around town. The Hostal is located just 5 minute walk from Santa Ana Cathedral -Plaza near all the restaurants, shops, events. The hostal has parking in back, the rooms are small with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen to make your meals. It is part of an old mansion that was built in the 1870's with the looks being well preserved indeed. There is a patio in which one could relax, drink a beer. The WIFI was a little shaky yet other then that you can't beat this place.

The hostel has a kitchen which you can use and filtered water so you don't have to buy bottled water,there is an area to relax and all rooms are very clean.
