Reviewed By cdami98Hotels very close to the old town of albufeira. We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Room with access to the common terrace with a swimming pool. Ocean view room. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. As for the bathroom, I can say that it's nice and clean. This is a hotel that I would recommend to everyone. It immediately puts you at ease. It absolutely deserves the highest score as a review. Goodbye from Italy

Rita was the best, couldn’t be more helpful when needed! Superb holiday as a group, no issues as long as your respectful. Would recommend

Reviewed By speedy120My son and I stayed agua viva for 6 nights And we couldn't fault this hotel , the pool area is ideal for chilling out , unfortunately the restaurant wasnt open until our last day but the food we saw looked delicious. Christina is a lovely lady who manages the hotel.and is very helpful There's a lovely little beach about 200 yards away I would stay here again

Still amazing
Reviewed By Graeme WStayed here back in 2014 and 2018. The refurbished areas and rooms are beautiful. The rooftop pool is a lovely suntrap and a perfect place to have breakfast in the morning. Its centrally located right on bar Street yet quiet. I think I will be back next year once hopefully restrictions are lifted.

Something different, but cosy
Reviewed By TSN63We visited Albufeira in February and satyed in Casa Algarvia Boutique&Suites for 2 nights.The place was small and different, but interesting. The rooms were very clean. They are quite small if you travel with big suitcases, but good value for money if you travel lightly. The breakfast included toast, homemade cakes and coffee from the machine. We are perhaps too used to some tomatoes and cucumbers etc. If you don't need anything more than toast, that's fine. The host was super friendly and helpful. We liked also the churchbells ringing next door. That was really nice. The place was worth visiting.

Comfortable and Modern
Reviewed By TRIPMCFCWe had a 2 bed apartment during the October half term week in the new "Gardens" section of the Pine Cliff resort. The apartment had everything we needed, was really modern, great location near the pool and not too far to walk to the main resort area, and the housekeeping each day was fantastic. The pool in this area was far too cold though, it was more like an ice bath experience. The resort on the whole is kept very clean and has some unbelievable views over the cliffs and the coast. It does have a luxury feel to it in most parts like the ocean suites reception and the champagne bar. The main negative for us was that the resort clearly charges (overcharges) for everything they possibly can. For example; to book onto a group gym class its minimum 15 euros and to flood light the tennis courts its an additional 5 euros charge (that's on top of the 40 euros for the hour)- all other 5 star resorts we have stayed in these have been included. What I thought was particularly ridiculous was that I ordered a hot water with a slice of lemon at the golf club house and this was 4 euros! We have stayed all over the world in 5 star resorts and I fully understand paying a hotel premium but the charges here were just petty and worse than we have experienced even in places such as Dubai.

Covid, terrible experience.
Reviewed By ninad302can't really review the hotel as didn't get there, no flights re Covid. W contacted Booking.com, they contacted the hotel, they refused to refund us any of our money we had paid in full!. After numerous phones call they offered us a voucher for 18mths which we refused as we had lost all faith in the property and couldn't trust anything they said. We did not want to stay at this property as it has left a very bad taste in our mouths to say the least. still fighting to get our refund 2 mths down the line.
