We went to â Dogtownâ for a late Pizza supper and a couple of drinks and we were not disappointed!! The pizzaâs we shared were tuna & salami, both crisp and the toppings tasty! The drinks were supplied by a very friendly bartender, which made supper even more enjoyable. Thank you!!Thanks David, very glad you enjoyed your meal!

We were recommended to visit whilst on our weekâs holiday in Lagos, by a friend. Would recommend booking in advance. Had a great table with panoramic views over rooftop Lagos. We went for the specials which were delicious. Quite pricey so would recommend for a special occasion or a âblow outâ meal. The wife is the Chef and the husband front of house. Charming and a real treat meal. Our favourite meal of the whole holiday. Authentic and original. I would definitely recommend a visit.

We have visited this restaurant 3 times in 8 days and will definitely be back. The quality and portions of the food at the price they charge makes me wonder how they make a profit!!! Something for even the fussiest eater on this menu - you can even design your own pizza or pasta!! But be warned the portions are huge!! ( although they will box up anything you canât manage to take away with you and it really is too good to leave) I highly recommend the monk fish spaghetti- delightful! Drinks very reasonably priced and house wine of all colours is very good. service is fantastic and the family who run this establishment are lovely and very welcoming. One of our new faves in Lagos - we will definitely be back soon. Thanks guys :)

Just arrived in Lagos and as I was wandering around asked a local cart vendor over a glass of wine what their favorite restaurant was and she said hands down alcaide. Just finished a wonderful dinner complete with an amazing Douro valley wine. Wife and I thought maybe best sea bass we have ever had. Highly recommend!

For all pizza and pasta lovers this is the right spot! Food is prepared with a lot of love which you can taste in gorgeous lasagne or delicious pizzas. The owner is very nice, likes to joke and loves having people at his place. Simple food but super tasty!

This is kind of owner who knows his place will be busy from June till Sep in the afternoon so he does not care about new customers for sure. So we've been 7 persons and had table outside. Fast reception and started to wait for what we've ordered. It took 1hour to get pizza... Few discussions with waiter confirmed it is not her decision... "I've done my job". In the meantime we can observe number of people with pizza for take away... In fact as owen is limited one had to wait... Pizza itself it's ok but for sure nothing special. At the end we asked for a bill. Surprisingly it contained positions we neither had ordered neither received... After short discussion we removed around 30eur from 100eur bill... "Computer problem". So for sure we will not come again. BTW having so many lovely restaurants around I strongly advice to rethink your choice. BTW very nice pizzeria you can find few km far away

Had a stunning meal there. Bruschetta for entree and amazing burgers for main for the others. I had a goats cheese salad for main that was as generous as it was tasty . Exemplary service and gluten free dietary requirements catered for with ease. Wait staff all had a great sense of humor. A fun night
