Reviewed By lordbaruchIf you need a place to lay your head before flying out and you’re not a neat freak, this place is fine and the price is right. Bathrooms were a bit dirty, AC wasn’t on when we arrived even though it was 90 degrees outside. Breakfast was pretty slim pickings and, waffle maker aside, cold. You could do worse, but you can do much better.

Reviewed By jonahb401Excellent hotel very near the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. Great showers. Helpful staff. Good fast food options within walking distance. You can see the planes landing from some of the rooms, although that does come with some noise.

Reviewed By TravelSpideyI'm not sure they knew I was coming as my room had no bath towels. I mentioned this as I went to work the next morning but still no towels in the afternoon. I went to the front desk where the staff person was very apologetic for the mix-up. I'm not sure my room had a comforter as well, but I manage with the thin blanket that was on the bed. They are close to be an excellent hotel. Their breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast.

So disappointing!
Reviewed By Cantwaittotravel65Since our pre-pandemic stays, this hotel has really gone downhill :(. There was overflowing garbage at the entrance to the hotel. Our room was noisy the first night. We had large cracks in the wall and where the wall attached to the ceiling. You have to ask for housekeeping the day before or you do not get service!! This is crazy considering the price of the room has more than doubled since our last stay. This was with my Hilton Honours discount! The tub has hair in it (eww David!!). I used the fitness centre and both treadmills were broken and the 8 and 10 pound weights were missing. The breakfast was still good and the staff was friendly. However, my family and I would not return! If you want clean towels, be sure to sign the list in advance! Sheesh!

Reviewed By AndrenevesfigueiredoDoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh Airport - STAFF JUSTIN THE NIGHT AUDITOR At very late hours (00:30 and than again at 00:48) i had someone knocking repeatedly at the door in a very agressive way and in a very rude manner saying that the room should be empty and asking me how i was supposed to be there since he didn't have the check-in in his system. So it seems after giving the same room to another guest he was talking to me like i was tresspassing, asking me to show my identification, and saying my name didn't match the name of the second guest he gave the room to, and continuing with this nonsense that the room should be empty and me and my wife shouln't be there. After i told him who did the check-in for us (a friendly lady called April, the same woman who picked us from the airport) and showing him our keys/card from the room and id, he was still unbelievably abrupt and unpleasant like it was our mistake and not his own. I told him it was a ridiculous situation, that mistakes could happen, but that way of talking to guests after waking them at 1:00 in the morning was unforgivable and i wanted to make a complain. He refused to identify himself, told me he was just Justin the manager (identified as the night auditor in his plate and that he wouldn't give me his last name because he didn't want to). After i requested to speak with the manager, he said he was the manager and kept argueing like it was our fault we were not in his system. First time i get someone responsible like this dealing with guests, and last time too at least in this chain of hotels, since i will never use them again.
