Jankin resolved my issue immediately. Thank your very much. Patty and the gentlement working with her were very nice. And my family also appreciated bobs help. Thanks again to all.

Perfect Stay (well, one minor issue)
Reviewed By BnH230601This place was fantastic! The people at the desk, wonderful!! The kitchen always stocked with popcorn, fruit and cookies!! Very clean. The one issue (it's still a "5") -- during our stay, in the early morning, as they were preparing for the breakfast the smell of bacon in our hotel room was so overwhelming, I couldn't sleep and it woke my wife up. Don't get me wrong, I love me some bacon and the smell of bacon in the morning...but even being on the further room on the top floor it was almost sickening. This was not smoke, nor something burning. I know this is a weird one to complain about but the flow of exhaust from the kitchen area may need some attention. Still a "5" assuming this was a one-off day and not a normal occurrence!!

Reviewed By Annette BBest choice hotel in the area per TripAdvisor and last couple of trips north Choice options were so so. This one had good customer service, a decent breakfast and lobby well kept. Room was ok but just seemed a little shakey.... but not so much that I would not try again next year on the way home from Fl. Were replacing roof so hoping for an upgrade and unless unfavorable reviews between now and 2023 will probably try one more time. Tough time for this type of business to hire workers so want improvement for their sake.

Located almost half way between Ohio and Florida just off I-77 on the outskirts of Jonesville. Minutes away from MERLE fest, the famous country music festival in N Wilkesboro, Stone Mountain State Park, Blue Ridge Pkwy, and the famous North Carolina wineries.
Cheap hotel but no ice, dirty floor and comforter, bad service bad night

Owner had sign to ask for ice so i asked at check in and he siad i do not have any. I said wher can i getice i been out in heat all day, he said at the store. Then crashed in room was tired, bed wfas uncomfortable. Comforter was dirty and so was floor. Walking from showr to bed my feet got dirty but bed was dirty already. I know it was a cheap room but i will never be back

Fax and photocopying facilities are also available as well as a 24-hour reception. The Hamilton Inn Jonesville is located 1 miles outside Jonesville city center and 2 miles from Elkin Historic District. Stone Mountain State Park and Pilot Mountain State Park are 30 minutes’ drive away Crestwood Memorial Park is 10 minutes’ drive away.
Not bad for the price
Reviewed By Jane EHamilton Inn is an older motel on the main drag in the small town of Jonesville, North Carolina. It is somewhat worn in appearance and fixtures, BUT....is a reasonably priced option for an overnight stay. Just a few comments, good and needs improvement: Pro: -Quiet, despite being on main road -Staff (only met 2) are friendly, and try to be helpful -beds are comfortable -Very good price, even during Merlefest Cons: -Maid did a poor job of cleaning! Bathroom/sink area NEVER adequately cleaned during our visit (cleaned 2 out of 4 days stayed, at our request) - Linens are too small for the beds. This is NOT an issue, unless 2 people are sleeping in the queen bed - not enough cover for 2 of us (and we're small!!) Small point, but caused sleep issues for us Upshot: You get what you pay for! Rooms are comfortable enough for 2 people, but really not for any more than that...! On a personal note, we wanted to thank "Parthe" (pls forgive if misspelled!) for his help in sorting out our reservation, caused by problems with Expedia. Thank you!

Reviewed By shirleykM7207IZMy husband and I stayed here for 3 wks waiting on them to close on are house, yes the rate is good friendly folks. But I didn't like the fact that you really do not get any housekeeping, the floors are dirty you can't go without shoes and they do not offer to clean it. The sink was stopped up there was black dirt in there water they should invest some money for updates. We left and stayed at another Road Inn near the mountains they have housekeeping that comes to your room, a free breakfast not much of one but it's free, washer and dryer and they have ice you guys advertise ice but it's broken. All and all this is nicer and better ran. Just some good advice.
