Reviewed By 329gavinbWhen we arrived and booked, they said my card to pay had being declined. Twice. So I got cash out from the convenient cash machine and payed for rooms with cash. In the morning I checked my bank account and the money had been taken. I asked a different receptionist who claimed it that my card was denied and got very defensive when I showed him the bank transaction. Basically I paid twice and they didn't want to know. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Wifi didn't work for my meeting
Reviewed By M3589RIkenwOur room was fine and the price was good. I needed to participate virtually in a board meeting back home, and was disappointed that the wifi didn't work in my room. I checked with the manager and he assured me that the wifi worked fine in my room because they have invested in a good system for the entire facility. Nope. I did get a good wifi signal in the office and asked if there was a room near there, maybe a conference room or vacant guest room that I could use for a couple of hours. Nope. Oh well, I Zoomed my meeting on my little iphone, Not good. Other than this wifi problem there was nothing to make me not recommend this motel, but nothing to make me particularly recommend it either. Very average except for the terrible wifi.

There were roaches all over the bathroom and sink area and holes in the walls! We couldn't hardly wait to leave! Unless you want to shower with roaches do not stay here!
