We were very happy with the amenities, breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub were basic but very nice. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. I requested towels to be delivered to our room because I was still in my pjs alone with a toddler and they said : "no prob be there in 5 mins." and they showed up about 5 min later AND the towels were WARM! We were very impressed with our stay and we will definitely be back, as we travel through Cinci often. Thanks, guys!

Reviewed By TraderjoeyWe were attending graduation ceremony is at Miami University, this hotel is about 40 minutes away. The beds were very comfortable. They offered breakfast, Hot, however we were not able to attend on either day. The shower water pressure was nearly nonexistent, Also the bathroom sink I would say needs to be routed, Fills with water and takes a few minutes the drain. Speaking of the shower, the vent in the shower, looks like it had not been cleaned or dusted in well over a year. Not really complaining, just the difference between a five and a three star review. Shout out to Chachi, working the third shift, good guy.

Reviewed By L8484BZsamanthabThe pictures of the rooms are not the rooms at this location- or at least my room wasn’t. Kitchen and bathroom were extremely outdated. Hall smelled like cigarettes and urine. Staff is RUDE AS HELL. If you are able, STAY ELSEWHERE. I PROMISE YOU’LL regret staying here.

Brand new hotel with spacious studio suites and one bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping areas along with fully equipped kitchens. Hotel offers complimentary hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's amenities also include a fitness room with cardio equipment and free weights, guest laundry facilities, indoor pool and an outdoor grilling area.
Horrible Be Aware Stay Away!
Reviewed By Jd2scThe Assistant General Manger was very rude and unprofessional and created a very hostile environment. Supposedly she became promoted to the General Manager on 01/09/2022 at this point she became very aggressive, hostile, and seemed to have some type of prejudice towards our household. We requested to speak to upper management a number of times and she refreused to let us speak to them. She attempted to put through 8 plus transactions on our credit-card unauthorized from the last Sunday thru the last Friday and several more on the Saturday and Sunday after we stayed. She wouldn't work with our attorney, bank, or pastor to resolve these issues and called the local sheriff to remove us while one of us was still clocked in still working and the other is fully disabled. She then turned off our room key and only one of us could leave the room at a time to load our car. We only had 3 hour's to remove our stuff that we had. We had planed on staying a month (plus) until our new apartment was ready. She lied about everything from the beginning. If she had been the one to greet us at the start we wouldn't have booked. She was against our blended marriage and etc. The rest of the team was awesome!

Our furnished studio/efficiencies offer incredibly low weekly rates with no lease or credit check. To keep rates as low as possible, we are a limited service facility and are not for every traveler. However, if you need to stay a week or longer - and are on a budget - we provide amazing value.

Manager on site Isaiah was incredibly rude with foul language and put me on the street with no assistance in a strange town
