Superb food and very good service at very reasonable prices. We had a delightful lunch in the upstairs restaurant with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The staff were very friendly attentive and helpful, especially when trying to sort out our gluten and onion free restrictions. Beautiful crispy home made croquetas to start. The turbot and cuttlefish were top quality, and very good portions. A large group on the next table went for the meat option- their "cow chops" were quite spectacular! It has to be the place to eat in Ujue if you want quality food in a quality environment.

I was lured by the look of the pinchos and food. I ordered a caña and spanish omelette only to discover the beer was â¬0.30 more expensive than the actual tortilla. My high hopes were somewhat shattered by the average taste of the tortilla and my annoyed neighbour who had been waiting to be served for ages. Perhaps I chose badlyI feel his sensation, and that his expectations are not fulfilled. We hope that if he returns he can give us a new opportunity.

Three days Pamplona, three days tapas, for sure. What a wonderful city, so alive and dynamic and so many excellent tapas restaurants. But when you think you know how Tapas are made go here. We came in in this always crowded place and were immediately welcomed by a very friendly man behind the counter, as if we came there every day. he showed us the menu and explained what the most excellent tapas were. We tried first two and later and the next days, more and more. Absolute top quality. Also the platter with small fried octopus was wonderful. Do not miss this restaurant when in wonderful city. The tapas culture here is even more excellent than in Donostia!

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Everything works: efficient and friendly service, creative and excellent food, comfortable decor, reasonable prices , mostly filled with locals, and on, and on. We had a succulent millefeuille: layers of apple, foie gras, potato and caramelized goat cheese. Sweet and salty! Also one of the best steaks ever in my life: tasty bone-in rib steak. Worth the detour! I cannot imagine a better restaurant in that town! Where are you Michelin?
