I was lured by the look of the pinchos and food. I ordered a caña and spanish omelette only to discover the beer was â¬0.30 more expensive than the actual tortilla. My high hopes were somewhat shattered by the average taste of the tortilla and my annoyed neighbour who had been waiting to be served for ages. Perhaps I chose badlyI feel his sensation, and that his expectations are not fulfilled. We hope that if he returns he can give us a new opportunity.

Quite possibly the best corner bar location in Pamplona. This place is always crowded, mostly with locals. They have several tables outside along Estafeta and Espoz y Mina. They serve a great selection of delicious appetizers and wines and have a very friendly waitstaff that are always very busy but still find a way to seem personable. They even have a few special items off-menu. If you're a foodie, ask for the "tapa de degustation" and a glass of white Rueda for a real treat.

Its summary= Good Beers+nice place+acceptable dinner options+great service. Good location even for winter.There are a good number of different imported bottled beers (homemade, lager, pale ale, wheat, dark...) if you are a beer lover, give THoB a chance and you'll probably come back. My favourite ones: Weistephanen vitus, Hoegarden Blanchet and Choufee.Where to improve: - I miss some more draft beers like Paulaner or Erdinger, - and bottled ones like Mariestad (Sweden), Blue moon & UFO (USA), Alpha or Mythos (Greece)...About the place, I love it. It's decoration is authentic, very clean, well iluminated. It has a covered/closed terrace option even for winter. Very well.Dinner plates: excellent hamburgers, good variety of starters (do not miss the spanish croquetas). Maybe Missing a couple of meet sandwiches or pizza, any pasta plate. I do not like vegetables and many plates are including them.Its my opinion but I would recomend them to include some easy options like in Buffalo Wild Wings (boneless or regular wings, with a good choice of different sauces). Right now by the way, they do have acceptable BBQ wings.About the staff, good service. Very polite and attentive waiters. I recommend it fore sure, its common to meet here with Erasmus students.

So welcoming! This busy little bar specialises in bocadillas - sandwiches - so we didn't think it would be ideal for a gluten free feed, but as it turns out they can do any of their tapas with gluten-free bread. Delicious!

Three days Pamplona, three days tapas, for sure. What a wonderful city, so alive and dynamic and so many excellent tapas restaurants. But when you think you know how Tapas are made go here. We came in in this always crowded place and were immediately welcomed by a very friendly man behind the counter, as if we came there every day. he showed us the menu and explained what the most excellent tapas were. We tried first two and later and the next days, more and more. Absolute top quality. Also the platter with small fried octopus was wonderful. Do not miss this restaurant when in wonderful city. The tapas culture here is even more excellent than in Donostia!

We were close by leaving - unfortunately we didnât as we were to tired. To order food was hard - this waiter behind the counter ignored us - we tried to put our order but he wasnât really interested in serving us. I ordered a few things - then he served someone else in the middle of it. Of course he didnât understand English - but he did not make any attempt of helping us in any way. Just so unbelievably rude and unfriendly. We didnât like the food - might be a question of taste but it was all so fat - deep fried or with lots of mayonnaise - and all heated in the microwave. Felt uncomfortable after eating. Only 2 nice things - foie gras and smoked eel. This place was the only big mistake on our trip.
