Place was pretty busy for after 1:00 pm on a Monday. Appears clean on outside and inside. I waited a few seconds before I was greeted and seated. Appreciate being asked about seating preferences. Not every place does that. My waitress was busy but took great care of me and I did not have to ask for anything. Food came out pretty quick and was hot. Tasted good. Good Ice Tea. I usually get half sweet half unsweet. Did not use the bathroom. Pleasant staff working that I interacted with.

I've been going to this Braum's for a couple decades, and no one can argue that Braums doesn't have the best ice cream around. They do. My complaint is that the prices keep going up, but the scoops are getting smaller. When I asked that they add more they're response was "that's the standard portion" ~ even though it didn't even FILL the top of the cone. I've had better servings and recently. My other complaint is when two clerks wait on ONE customer when other people are standing in line waiting. If a customer is being waited on, move on to the next person please! Walking in, tables were dirty and staff was standing around talking. Not a good impression walking in.

Chick-Fil-A always serves a great meal! Numerous choices in sandwiches and great salads! My only concern is the lack of attention to good food safety practices! In my experience not all employees preparing the food have hair restraints or wear the vinyl gloves when handling the food! In my opinion it needs more attention from the management team in enforcing the GMP's!

They serve a good breakfast and the diner is done up well. Friendly staff. I'll be visiting more often. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is because my toast wasn't buttered well! (It happens everywhere)

Ate here with a group of about 15. Food was tasty, Brisket was a bit dry, but have eaten it at other Billy Sims locations and it was fine. Probably just an off day. Service was good & friendly, did get a baked potato for a side, it was puny.

We have lived in Midwest City most of our lives, and never really liked frequenting this establishment because it was so "grimey" inside. And it took FOREVER to get your food. It was such a pleasant surprise when we went in today.Clean, remodeled, friendly staff, fast service. Obviously new management has stepped in. Will definitely eat here again.
