This Subway is attached to a Pilot travel center. Getting in and out was difficult due to large number of cars waiting for gas. Staff pretty much yelled at my kid as she didn't immediately reply to the type of cheese she wanted. My bread was dry and crumbly. The lady making the sandwiches dropped the tray used for toasting the sandwiches. I think there are two pieces used for toasting. She left the metal part with a handle on the floor and picked up the piece that rests on the try. She proceeded to reuse that piece without cleaning it. The sandwich was somewhat protected by the paper it was on.

We stopped here on opening week in the beginning of June while traveling on the road.Everything was super fresh and the service was just excellent. They did a great job of getting the droves of people in and out.I would definitely stop here again.

First time here. Came through the drive through. All three of our orders were filled quickly and correctly. Our chicken was hot, spiced perfectly and delicious. Sides of cole slaw, red beans and rice were very good. A very good experience.

Wendy's uses a nice range of ingredients in their salads. We've ordered several different types over time. using our current vacation we have enjoyed the Southwest Avocado chicken salad several times. At this restaurant the cook assembling the salad decided that each ingredient should be placed in a part of the plastic container, not mixed together, an approach I've not encountered at any other Wendy's. This DOES NOT work well. The container is too small for the customer to mix the tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and greens together to form a nice, integrated salad.

Lunch time, chicken piled up and ready. But we ordered shrimp and fish not realizing this would cause us to wait. The food was good, cole slaw was the best I've had recently, really creamy.Good crowd, too many for small bathrooms. Toilet wouldn't flush until I tried with my foot. Small parking area but Sam's Club has plenty of room. Somewhat hard to get to, be careful.

Food is standard D's. Service was OK with exceptions. Large custom-painted sign that you have to walk in front of lists dinner choices, wife saw surf n turf and tried to order it. "We don't have that anymore." So fix your sign already. I grabbed a chair in the dining area and got ketchup smeared on my hand from the chair back. The men's bathroom was trashed early today. The commode only swirled, it didn't flush.This place is in a sketchy part of town across from the police station. We won't be back.

Seafood expressSince I moved back to West Alabama, this gas station, seafood express I try to visit at least once a month. Today, I receive a horrendous experience, When I walked in I witnessed a minor confrontation with one of the regular customers, about requesting some extra paper bowls the food is served in and it turned into a screaming match, where the owner was shouting at the customer. The owner demanding 25 additional cent each for extra paper bowl, so the customer gave it to her, however the owner didnât like to way he handed her the money⦠I was so disturbed, that went it came for me to order, I was kind of afraid⦠The incident was so heavy on my mind, so I ask the cashier to speak with the owner, and the cashier gave me the run down, she said âthere is no need to speak to her because she will begin screaming, but I donât think she means any harm, thatâs just the way she isâ, and she also said, âwhen she starts screaming, you will not be able to understand a thing she is saying, because after 17 years here she still canât speak good English.â Now, the food is outstanding!!! My ideology, âbefore you tear someone down, you should offer a hand to lift them upâ. I say again, the food is awesome!!! After I ask to speak to her, my wish was granted, and the owner did exactly what her employee said she would, she said she understood but she still kept screaming and trying to explain to me why. Now that I am being verbally abused by the owner, to make a bad situation worse, the employee that talked about the owner so bad, just in our conversation, turns and start to defend her. I would gest to think the cashier was the part time security guard, she was talking so much trash to me, if I didnât know any better, I would have thought she was going to come across the counter! Now, the customer (me) is being screamed at by the owner and the employee just for reporting my disappointment and opinion. Needless to say, I have a lot of friends that travel to see me and before they leave, they would always stop by that gas station and purchase at least 50 + dollars of food just to take on the plane back home. People if you want to be talked to any kind of way, seafood express is the place to go. Very rude and very unprofessional⦠I wish the community had enough discipline, to stop patronizing until the management understands how important the customer is to its business. There is another seafood place in town, that is just as good, if not better, and it's a real restaurant, I will go there from now on.
