Le Belico Restaurant

I have stayed in the Ibis Styles in Pertuis many times in the last few years. The restaurant Le Belico which is in the Ibis never fails to disappoint. Its small with funky artwork and bright colour, not the usual drab corporate image of chain hotel restaurants. The menu is not extensive but I have never been disappointed. The steak is always good and the plat du jour can offer up some really nice alternatives. I find the staff attentive and helpful without being pushy.I have friends who live in Provence and they drive to eat here.A very good restaurant and much better than you would expect if you have eaten at an Ibis in UK.Try it.

Le Moulin de Caro

We went to the Moulin for lunch after supermarket shopping in Pertuis on the strength of other Tripadvisor reviews. Outside is a traditional, slightly unpromising building on a busy corner of a main road, inside is a pleasant, contemporary little wine bar and restaurant. It was filled with local business people enjoying the 3 course prix fixé menu. Staff were friendly and pleasant. We had very tasty starter of roquette salad with a pistou and aubergine tartine topped with bayonne ham, a pork tagine with couscous for main and fresh pineapple and ice cream for pud. That, plus two coffees and three excellent glasses of wine from good local vineyards, came to 41 euros for the two of us. We will definitely try it one evening to check out the evening menu and ambience.

Discovered this restaurant by Google search. Noted the high rating, we decided to give it a try. There were free car parking spaces along the adjacent streets. Once arrived the restaurant, the staff greeted us and arranged a table. As soon as he heard I spoke English instead of French, he used bilingual to communicate with us. How attentive and smart gaining our very good impression. We ordered a 5-course dinner at the price of €41 each. It came with a bowl of grape juice and basil, avocado and smoke fish plus a fried curry and wasabi meatball. Very creative and flavorful. Nice job. The homemade gnocchi was exceptional! It paired with homemade tomato sauce and parmigiano crisps. We loved the taste. Two main dishes, one trout with roasted Japanese tea foam and onion crisps, the other was veal with mushrooms. Again, tasty. Then, followed by a cheese plate and caramelised apricot with rosemary ice-cream and chocolate sable to bring the meal a happy ending. The portion size was very generous. Overall food quality and services exceeded our expectations. The dinner was extremely valued for money. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Trip Advisor, we chose this little restaurant for lunch after visiting nearby Vaugines, a delightful wee village. A very friendly welcome from Mathieu and a pleasant atmophere, not too noisy despite being nearly full. Jolly decor. A choice of daily specials or the regular menu, so we ate off the blackboard and were more than delighted. The food was properly cooked, but also beautifully presented, really whetting the appetite. Probably the best meal of our holiday (we have one more to go). We would go again in a flash.
