My husband ordered delivery of a Roast Pork Lo Mein Combo plate last night about 8PM. The delivery was excellent and fast, food was good but the Pork Lo Mein was not as expected as he had to hunt and hunt for the pork. Seemed to be mostly noodles with about 6-8 very thin strips of meat, that were 1-2" in length. Needless to say, he didn't feel that what he received was what the menu implied the dish would be regarding the pork quantity and size. In other words, "where's the pork?"

This restaurant was doing a brisk business at lunchtime, when we dined. They have an extremely extensive menu -- the hardest thing is figuring out whether you want to go Japanese or Chinese, then to narrow down the many other choices. Service was good, dishes very tasty, and prices quite reasonable. Restaurant is clean, as are the rest rooms. All in all, a good experience.
This place was great for a long time. We regularly order beef and broccoli and one day they changed the beef! It went from tender and delicious to chewy and almost inedible. We hated it so much we called them and asked "what's up?" They said they changed suppliers and we said "NO GOOD!" Since we liked their food so much in the past we decided to try it a couple of times and it has been hit or miss. They forgot our rice once but delivered it right away afterwards. Delivery is fast but it's sometimes annoying that they don't accept credit cards.

This used to be our go-to Chinese restaurant, but We stopped going to Overseas once my daughter got food poisoning. Not sure they are as busy as they once were. They need to start over. Brighten up the place and serve fresher food without so much corn starch in the sauces.

Jumbo is the best Chinese and Japanese restaurant in Rockland County. Always fresh and made to order. The restaurant is casual and comfortable, and the delivery is incredibly fast. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Jonathan Mase from Suffern, NY knows good sushi, and this is the best in Ramapo.Jonathan A. Jade Bistro is the new Oriental Garden, recently renovated with a new modern atmosphere, run by the same folks serving delicious Pan Asian cuisine. Extending over 25 years of outstanding culinary service in the Suffern community serving your favorite dish
My BIL ordered take out using Grub Hub. Food arrived on time. The wonton soup dumplings were mushy. Fried dumplings were tasty. Fried rice could have had more taste. Very bland. Shrimp in lobster sauce lackluster. Shrimp were not firm and sauce was very watery. On 6 shrimp in order. No fresh duck sauce provided. There are other Chinese rest in Suffern and Mahwah that are doing a better job.

Stopped in for a lunch with a friend and was warmly greeted and taken to our table. The menu is extensive and the food came quickly. The shrimp with lobster sause was cooked to my order (no peas !) and tasted delisous. Try the pancakes with scallions as an appetizer. You can't go wrong . I'll be back for more and don't forget its a BYOB !
