Sherbrooke is situated at the confluence of the Saint-François (St. Francis) and Magog rivers in the heart of the Estrie administrative region. Sherbrooke is also the name of a territory equivalent to a regional county municipality (TE) and census division (CD) of Quebec, coextensive with the city of Sherbrooke. With 161,323 residents at the 2016 census, Sherbrooke was the sixth largest city in the province of Quebec and the thirtieth largest in Canada. The Sherbrooke Census Metropolitan Area had 212,105 inhabitants, making it the fourth largest metropolitan area in Quebec and nineteenth largest in Canada.

They are not much of a sushi place. They do some interesting rolls but if you're going for sashimi you will be disappointed. The Decour and I'll be ounces very good and the staff was OK. There are not many great Japanese restaurants in Sherbrooke... So it is what it is.

I love the food here and the buffet-to-order style is fantastic. All the staff are friendly and for the most part, bilingual which is a nice bonus. The sushi is great and I have enjoyed most of the foods. Sometimes the beef is overdone in some of the dishes but the rest of the food makes up for it. The deco is lovely and interesting.My ONLY issue with the restaurant is every time we have been there, which is about 4 or 5 times now, they are playing very inappropriate music. At this point, it's almost a novelty to see what they will be playing next time. Sadly I can't recommend this place to families simply due to the music. Past all that, I still love the place.

I don't recommend eating in, because there is no real dining area, but for take-out it is unbeatable.The little asian couple who own the shop are truly sushi experts and theyAre so sweet, too. For larger orders, he always throws in a little "gift" Of extra sushis, too! Il n'y a pas de salle a dîner comme tel, mais pour les commandes à apporter....c'est imbattable en termes de qualité et prix!

Went for lunch with a friend before grocery shopping 8 December. Love the menu...actual photos of the dishes as they are prepared. Most prices between $10-20. Décor quite simple. All the food appears to be freshly made and delicious! Viet food is less spicy than Indian food in general. Service is a bit slow but considering salads and a major portion of the main plates are prepared from fresh, it's not a 'big deal'. Vegetables haven't been sitting on a steam table for hours. Also a plus is being able to take your own wine.

If you're looking for fresh and delicious food with friendlyService, this is the place for you. Prices are more than reasonable and it is being your own booze, so that takes the meal cost even lower. Regardless, the Saigonaise soup is wonderfully spicy and the lemongrass chicken divine. You gotta eat here!

Went to this restaurant (party of, with 3 kids) end of June. Had called ahead to ask if they could prepare a gluten-free meal (asked about contamination, etc...) and was given a good answer as to how the do the meal prep. However once there, I asked questions, and the waiter didn't know, so he informed himself. Then told me he could make a gluten-free pad thai, only to come back and tell me that the pd thai contains a little bit of gluten (well I'm celiac, so I can't do a little bit of gluten...since I am recently diagnosed, I can still be gullible and believe people know what they're talking about) so he suggested a curry, which would be gluten free, and he told me not to worry, they serve gluten free all the time...well I hope the people they serve don't get as sick as I did...the rest of my party was fine, and enjoyed their food, so I'm pretty sure it's a contamination with gluten issue...)so I would say decent food, decent price, but I stay away if you have food allergies...
