Sherbrooke (/ˈʃɜːrbrʊk/; Quebec French pronunciation [ʃɛʁbʁʊk]) is a city in southern Quebec, Canada. Sherbrooke is situated at the confluence of the Saint-François (St. Francis) and Magog rivers in the heart of the Estrie administrative region. Sherbrooke is also the name of a territory equivalent to a regional county municipality (TE) and census division (CD) of Quebec, coextensive with the city of Sherbrooke. With 161,323 residents at the 2016 census, Sherbrooke was the sixth largest city in the province of Quebec and the thirtieth largest in Canada. The Sherbrooke Census Metropolitan Area had 212,105 inhabitants, making it the fourth largest metropolitan area in Quebec and nineteenth largest in Canada.

Calamari was cooked right. Very light batter and tender. They made sure we were informed that our fish order will take a few minutes longer than expected which is ok with us. At least we were informed and so we were not wondering what happened to our order. It really didnât take that long. Server was very attentive and friendly and everything we ordered were cooked right. Best dinner we had during our stay in Sherbrooke. We will definitely return if visiting again.Dear guest,Thank you so much for your beautiful review. We look forward to serving you again soon! I ate here with a small group of colleagues, and loved it. Our waitress was brilliant - friendly, warm and efficient. The atmosphere is nice - good lighting, intimate feeling - great vibe. Really loved the food - gnocci was delicious. We were recommended to have 2 to 3 plates each - 2 was more than enough. Not your standard sharing tapas style - most of us just ate our own - but still very social and a good buzz. Best food I have had in Sherbrooke.

Visit from the states while staying in Sherbrooke. Had the Grand Tasting selection and for 39CAD a real bargain for the quality. Would have paid close to 70 in Montreal. Salmon, fish soup, sweat breads, and Rabbit are all excellent! Even provided an English menu! Will go back. I forgot that it is bring your own wine, saved my boss some money.
