They are struggling
Reviewed By EEM333777The rooms are small but ell equipped. The air conditioning worked well. But the couple who run he place are trying to do everything themselves. They only clean the rooms after guests leave. And when I asked for more tea or coffee, they offered me one small bag for the three of us though she finally gave me some Chinese tea from her kitchen. I imagine that the owners bought this place before the pandemic and are now struggling to hold on.

Reviewed By Nate NHi i dont like to write negative reviews,but since i feel like i got robbed i have to share.Rented the place for the pool and only the pool,it was closed all cracked in need of major repairs.End of may on second weekend of heatwave you think he might have wanted to get that fixed earlier in season.My bad i shoulda called to see if the pool was open?Ok ill survive i said.Wanted to bbq as advertised on site.Bbq rusted out of service unusable.Put my son in the shower old bar of soap lying around.Coffe maker with no coffee and unwashed properly.This place probably had charm once way back when.Evrything is abandoned and left to rot,from the sidewalk leading to your room,to the fence around the pool everything is old and in bad condition.Other than the bed(i like hard you better too)tv was adequate.But for 100$ plus i rather sleep in my car..shame on owner for not investing in the place,he is trying to milk the most he can before bankurptcy.I warned you do not sleep here unless in dire need of a bed...im sure your better off at a hostel cheers!

Motel situé au coeur des Cantons de l'est à mi-chemin entre Granby et Magog. Offrant 8 unités d'hébergements: 6 chambres pour adultes seulement et 2 studios pour couples et familles. Toutes les unités ont été rénovées. 7 sur 8 offrent la vue sur le lac. Thermopompe dans chaque unité pour le contrôle individuel de la température (chauffage, humidité et climatisation). Équipements haut de gamme: matelas, literie, télé écran plat avec chaines HD, petit frigo dans chaque unité. Séchoir à cheveux. Cafetière...bref tout ce que nous offrons pour que votre séjour soit confortable et agréable. Propreté exemplaire!
Quiet but unnerving
Reviewed By ChileiceThis is a small mom and pop motel just east of Waterloo. The price was good, but it was a rather odd place to stay. The owners make you give them a $200 deposit in case you break anything. AND they say that they won't release the deposit until they have done their inspection. We asked the owner to do it before we left, but he said he would get to it later. There wound up being no problem, but it is scarey to leave not knowing if they are going to take advantage of you. The rooms were OK, but smelled very musty from the humidity. If you just need a place to stay, it was OK, but I would probably pay more and stay somewhere else, just to avoid the hassle.

Basic, Solid, Motel at the Right Price with Good Service
Reviewed By 912shawnbStayed for four nights! Basic motel but great value for the money. Traditional, roadside motel. A little tired but clean, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay (microwave, fridge, hairdryer, tub and shower, TV, window air conditioner) . I had work to do and there was a nice small table that allowed me to work from my laptop. WiFi was a bit shaky at times but, overall, I had no problem working from my motel room. Management readily re-set the router when requested. I couldn't ask for more from the manager. Very helpful. Eager to help whenever and wherever possible. Lennoxville/Sherbrooke is a great little community to visit. DON'T MISS the downtown walking tour to see the incredible painted murals!!!

Reviewed By coladakittyThis motel is not fancy, but it is clean and perfectly located on Magog’s bike path. We had a room with a double jetted tub. The room was small, but had everything we needed including a fridge along with some silverware. There’s a wood-burning fireplace for cold nights. Decor was like grandma’s house - cute and cozy with some antiques. Check-in was easy and pleasant, and daily maid service kept the room nice and clean. We were able to bring our small dog for just $10/night. We enjoyed our visit and will return if looking for an inexpensive and convenient option in Magog.

Reviewed By Jomarti64This motel is very charming, it is next to everything. The rooms are renovated and the the beds VERY confortable. This is a great spot for a week-end for nature walks, bicycle (La route Verte 1) passes directly the parking area... no car ride).

Reviewed By John CThis owner tries hard to maintain an appealing property. Closes at 10:00 PM full or not, eliminates late night drunks , rowdies, undesirables, etc. They have "packages" tickets included for Granby Zoo attendees. Pool and area are impeccable, grassy areas for children's games.
