We were staying at the hotel beside this sports bar and invited some friends over for dinner. The noise level was not high at all and we easily conversed without yelling, even though there was an NBA finals basketball game on the screens. Service was second-to-none and the food was good. Overall the place was clean, well laid-out and was staffed with friendly people. Add good food at reasonable prices and you have this place.

I have been to this restaurant twice now. Once I sat on the restaurant side with my mother 6 year old daughter and baby son. We've got amazing service, and the food was absolutely incredible. It is my new favorite place to go. Vodka Yorkies with prime rib in them and mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Had the meal both times when I went because it was so amazing. I could drink the gravy from a cup it is so delicious. My mother got the steak bites with mushrooms and french fries and gravy and again it was all delicious. The restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated and it is now my favorite go-to spot. When I sat on the bar side with my mom for a girl's night again it was amazing. Staff is also wonderful and we got to know Carlos. And we're treated absolutely amazing. Like we were the only customers in there! So again thank you for all the great food and the great service and they will definitely get to know our faces. This reviews written by AKA Tequila.

Big Ridge Brew Pub

Was in with a big group for a fundraiser, and obviously expected things to be a bit slower. But my table waited over an hour after we ordered, so we asked our server about the wait. She said and I quote “let’s play a fun game, you poke your head in the kitchen and see how many bills we have.” There was no excuse for the attitude we received throughout the night from her and I will never go back. Highly don’t recommend. Very disappointing.

Hawthorne Beer Market & Bistro

My husband and I were looking for someplace different to have dinner and we certainly found it when we went to the Hawthorne Bistro. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there's tons of nostalgic stuff to look at hanging from the walls. The staff are very friendly and helpful with the menu and drinks selection. The beer and wine choices are more than numerous. The food quality is exceptional and was served piping hot and quick. The noise level even though almost every table was full wasn't annoying. It was just an energetic buzz!!

Went for lunch on Canada Day, but either made the wrong menu choice or my taste buds were not working.Ordered the ‘Beef Dip’ to go with my pale ale.The first bite told the rest of the tale, the bun and meat, dipped in the gravy all had no taste, it was tasteless. Added a little salt to the gravy to no avail. The fries were edible but wouldn’t win any prizes. The fat they were fried in had been used many times before.Maybe they were just busy, however a little more effort would pay dividends to this customer’s enjoyment.
