Sjostrand Rorbuer is located in an active fishing village of Ballstad in Vestvagoy, in the middle of Lofoten. The facility is owned and operated by a real fisherman family.Our speciality is traditional coastal fishing with fishing in the Vestfjorden in Lofoten. We have an excellent location, with excellent view of Ballstad inner harbor, and got beautiful natural surroundings with the possibility of mountain hicking and walkings. A good starting point for day trips either westwards to Nusfjord, Reine and A i Lofoten, or eastwards to Henningsvaer and Svolvaer. All our rorbu cabins are equipped with mini- kitchen, shower / toilet and 1 to 3 bedrooms. As of today we have 10 rorbu with from 3 to 6 beds + individual arcs with sofa bed in the living room. Overall around 50 beds. News for this season is electricity for Campers and , caravans and service room with washing facilities , washer / dryer.
