Beautiful but noisy

I stayed at the Cambria for one night this past week. The hotel seems brand new. It’s was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only issue was that I could hear the footsteps of the guests or workers above my room all night. It was extremely noticeable and made it difficult to sleep, which is what I was there to do.

Terrible customer service

Reviewed By sgO8237GV

My mother and I made the mistake of staying here a few days ago. I had reserved a room online on 5/1 that was handicap accessible with a roll in shower as my mother is handicap. Upon arrival, the front desk told us that she only had one room available for us that was not handicap accessible. I showed her my reservation and she said that they had had some rooms leaking and maybe that was one of them, but was unsure. She told us the only room we could have was on the second floor (literally the farthest from the elevator). By this time there were no other hotel rooms available in the area since it was Memorial Day weekend. I asked to speak to the manager since she wasn’t allowed to compensate on her own, but no one was available so she called her AGM and he offered me free breakfast and 10000 points which is basically Monopoly money and isn’t even worth a free stay. I asked to speak to him on the phone and he refused. By that time we had spent an hour dealing with everything. In order to help my mom in the bathroom, I literally had to get into the shower with her, put a towel under her and hold her so she could shower. She was humiliated and uncomfortable. I finally called back and was able to speak to the AGM who was unwilling to do anything to compensate for this ridiculous situation. I would never ever stay here again.
