I came to this place three years ago and I came back last week with some friends. The place is original and friendly. The food is well presented, tasty and creative in a genuine way. An excellent choice!Thank you very much for your comment, we hope to see you some other day, maybe sooner than in three years ;D !

Just ended a dinner with friends at this new little restaurant. Wow what a surprise. It was delicious and reasonably priced. The food was excellent and the ambience very pretty. We will go back!

We were ten hungry mountaineers coming to town after hiking in the Pyrenées. This was heaven. Gentle service with smiles and recommendations. We tried different offers and we were delighted with our three courses and coffee and armagnac. Lots of duck we had. We sure enjoyed ourselves.

This restaurant has only just opened, we decided to try it as it's very close, and the menu looked interesting. On one of the hottest days of the year, the soup ajo de blanco was the perfect starter for me, although my partner chose the carpaccio which he said was also wonderful, and beautifully presented. The lamb (him) and trout (me) were both also excellent. The food is modern, designed to please the eyes as well as the taste buds. The service is excellent and we thouroughly enjoyed out impromptu dinner. We shall be back.

We visited L'emulsion on a whim, during an impromptu weekend stay in Toulouse. After the fact, we were surprised that the place wasn't fully booked - it was that good. The service is very friendly and accomodating, the food is delicious and rich and the location - in an old cellar - is very cozy. We'd gladly visit again.
