Decided to pop in to try the beers and ciders after touring the Yarra Valley. Ordered the tasting paddle with a bowl of delicious rosemary salted chips with aioli.Tasted four beers and two ciders. All were great. This little brewery and cidery is home of "The Shivering Man" with a bar, restaurant, tastings and for functions.Recommend visiting to taste their beers, ciders and the menu has a good selection of dishes.

Donât overlook this unassuming hotel when in Lilydale. The hotel has really improved in recent times and is now a firm favourite of ours. The new menu has pub favourites as well as great contemporary food. The salt n pepper calamari was really good - home made and not from a box. My partner had the barramundi which was good also. Friendly staff and free good coffee when gaming.

This is a lovely, intimate restaurant with a totally French flavour. The meals are quite delicious. The coffee, excellent!We enjoyed a delicious Broccoli and Bacon Soup followed by a Quiche with a fresh garden salad. The ambience is really good and provides a really nice intimate flavour. The parking is good and it is ideally situated in the delightful Castella Street precinct, with it's tree lined avenue of mature trees. Great for breakfast, lunch or a delicious coffee.

Second time we've been to this hotel.We were disappointed the first time but decided to give it another go.Partner said his meat pie was delicious.My gnocchi was very bland, basically no seasoning, only a spoonful of salmon and came with a poached egg on top.I won't go again
