We ate outside under a covered patio with a group of U.S. Friends. The traditional Macedonian dinner consisted of shopska salad, kajmak salad, chicken, meatballs stuffed with kashkaval yellow cheese, baked beans in a tomato base, French fries covered with sirenye cheese (a local white cheese) and finished with a walnut & honey crepe. Everyone enjoyed the meal! Note: a little difficult to find but all the locals consider it one of the top restaurants in Tetovo.

A very helpful, English-speaking owner, who runs a clean establishment in this relatively poor, ethnic Albanian town - the meals are large, so don't over order! Beef dishes recommended, and the pizzas looked good too. This is where the local Tetovan football team come to eat before a home game... felt like quite a good recommendation to us!
